The Michigan Supreme Court rejected an attempt to remove President Trump from the 2024 Ballot based on the insurrection clause within the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment. This contrasts with the decision from the Colorado Supreme Court that disqualified President Trump based on his link to the January 6th, 2021 incident. Some analysts suggest that the US Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado ruling because President Trump has not been charged nor convicted of either rebellion or insurrection in any jurisdiction.
The Colorado Supreme Court repeatedly quotes Trump out of context to ban people from voting for him. The way the court supports their claim of President Trump being engaged in insurrection on January 6th was by making it seem like he said things he did not say. They said he said “Very Different Rules”. The judges repeated this phrase four different times asserting that Trump told his supporters that ‘they were allowed to go by very different rules’ when in fact, He said “When you catch somebody in a fraud, you’re allowed to go by very different rules, so I hope Mike has the courage to do what he has to do.”

Juan says “The vote count was ‘paused’ for several hours in select counties across the nation so they could recalculate the numbers needed to ‘win’ for Biden. Why was Hillary so shocked she didn’t win. They had it rigged but didn’t manipulate good enough to override the number Trump received.”
