Rick brings on Sheriff Mack…

Introduction to Sheriff Richard Mack and his background

Rick introduces Sheriff Richard Mack, founder of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. Sheriff Mack begins by sharing his early experiences as a rookie police officer in Provo, Utah, where he had an epiphany about his role in law enforcement while writing a ticket to a distressed mother with unruly children in a dilapidated car.

This experience led him to question whether he was truly helping the community and honoring his badge.

Sheriff Mack’s constitutional awakening and oath of office

Sheriff Mack describes how, after his epiphany, he sought out his oath of office from the city clerk and realized he had sworn to uphold the Constitution but wasn’t honoring that oath.

He dedicated himself to studying the Constitution and the principles upon which America was founded. Later, his in-laws encouraged him and his wife to move back to Arizona to run for sheriff, which they eventually did after having a spiritual confirmation that this was the right path.

The Brady Bill lawsuit and Supreme Court victory

Sheriff Mack explains how in 1994, he became the first sheriff in American history to sue the federal government, challenging the Brady Bill (gun control legislation).

He took the case all the way to the Supreme Court and won against the Clinton administration in 1997.

The ruling, written by Justice Scalia, affirmed state sovereignty and declared that “states are not subject to federal direction.”

Mack considers this a miraculous victory that established an essential precedent for limiting federal power.

Founding of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association

Sheriff Mack describes how he and his wife founded the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) in 2011.

The organization aims to educate sheriffs about their constitutional duties and oath of office.

He emphasizes that sheriffs are elected by and accountable to the people, not to governors or federal authorities.

The CSPOA works to train sheriffs to protect citizens’ constitutional rights and stand against federal overreach.

Challenges and opposition faced by constitutional sheriffs

Sheriff Mack discusses how he has been attacked by organizations like the Anti-Defamation League and Southern Poverty Law Center, which have labeled him with various unfounded accusations.

He firmly denies being racist or anti-Semitic, stating that “God’s blessings of liberty are for all people, all races, all nationalities.”

He notes that only about 10% of the approximately 3,000 sheriffs in America (roughly 250-300) are truly “constitutional” in their approach.

Current state of sheriffs in America and CSPOA’s mission

Sheriff Mack explains that there are over 3,000 sheriffs in the United States, with three states not having sheriffs: Alaska, Hawaii, and Connecticut.

He discusses how many sheriffs are hesitant to take strong constitutional stands for fear of being attacked. He emphasizes the importance of citizens becoming involved with the CSPOA to encourage their local sheriffs to uphold their constitutional duties.

He shares examples of government overreach, including cases of Amish farmers being imprisoned for minor regulatory violations.

Closing remarks and call to action

Sheriff Mack concludes by stating that “the solution for America today is behind us” in the foundation of the country and the principles established by the founding fathers.

He quotes the Declaration of Independence about the founders’ pledge of “lives, fortunes, and sacred honor” and calls on Americans to do likewise today.

The interview ends with prayers for Sheriff Mack, his wife (with whom he’s celebrating 50 years of marriage), and their family, particularly for reconciliation with some of their children.

Rick then moves to Breaking News…

The Trump administration’s request to SCOTUS regarding the federal workforce

Rick began by discussing breaking news about the Trump administration’s request to the Supreme Court to allow plans to reduce the federal workforce.

Rick expressed frustration that the executive branch needs court permission to fire underperforming employees, calling it an “attack” and questioning whether habeas corpus might be suspended.

Rick noted this was the 18th emergency appeal Trump’s administration has submitted to the Supreme Court since taking office in January, which he interpreted as evidence of district courts attacking the president.

CNN poll shows poor public perception of Democratic Party leadership

Rick shared results from a CNN poll showing only 16% of Americans view Democrats as having strong leaders compared to 40% for Republicans.

Similarly, only 19% see Democrats as a party that gets things done, versus 36% for Republicans. Rick connected these results to Q drops, predicting “the end of the Democratic Party” and described Democrats and mainstream media as “enemies of the people” who are “completely controlled,” along with “RINOs” (Republicans In Name Only).

Trump administration’s new rule for firing federal workers

Rick discussed a new rule from the Trump administration that would streamline the process of firing federal workers for misconduct.

Rick described this as targeting the “deep state” – career bureaucrats who remain in government across different presidential administrations.

Rick framed this as critical for addressing government overspending.

Nationalist victory in Polish presidential election

Rick reported on a nationalist candidate defeating a Soros-backed candidate in Poland’s presidential election.

Rick characterized this as a victory for conservative, patriotic values over a globalist agenda, claiming the defeated candidate was “completely an Alex Soros puppet” based on funding connections to Soros’s Open Society.

Legal issues for Democratic politicians

Rick mentioned that Nadler was “attacking people” while his own staff person was arrested, framing this as part of “cleaning the house.”

Rick also reported that Maxine Waters was fined $68,000 for violating campaign finance laws during her 2020 election bid, but dismissed this as a “slap on the wrist” given her overall earnings.

Digital Swolder’s analysis connecting current events to Q drops

Rick briefly discussed content from a Twitter user called Digital Swolder who creates threads connecting current events to Q drops.

Rick described a lengthy thread (approximately 60 tweets) that he planned to cover more thoroughly the next day, praising Digital Swolder for “showing how things tie back to the Q drops.”

Israel-Hamas conflict and media coverage

Rick criticized media coverage of an incident near Khan Yunis, claiming Hamas falsely accused the Israeli military of attacking Palestinians seeking aid.

Rick cited video evidence showing Hamas gunmen shooting Palestinians and denied any IDF shooting at distribution sites.

Rick called mainstream media “the enemy of the people” and “an enemy of Israel and Christians,” accusing them of spreading “complete lies” about the incident.

Biblical perspective on Israel and caution about anti-Zionist movement

Rick urged viewers to be cautious about anti-Israel sentiment within the “truther movement,” referencing biblical passages from Ezekiel 36-39.

Rick acknowledged theories about Rothschild involvement in Israel’s founding but argued that God used this for His purposes as outlined in scripture.

Announcement about Jesus march and worship channel

Rick briefly mentioned Sean Foy leading a Jesus march through Boston, expressing support for worship activities.

Rick reminded viewers about the upcoming praise and prayer session on the “Word and Worship” channel, explaining they had moved worship to a separate channel due to music licensing issues.

Trump’s statement on Boulder, Colorado attack

Rick shared Trump’s statement condemning an attack in Boulder, Colorado, allegedly perpetrated by someone who overstayed his visa.

According to Rick, the attacker threw Molotov cocktails at people who were “walking for peace and the release of hostages in Gaza,” injuring eight people.

Trump connected this to border security issues and called for deportation of “illegal anti-American radicals.”

Trump on tariffs and economic policy

Rick shared Trump’s statement warning that if courts rule against his tariff policies, it would allow “other countries to hold our nation hostage with their anti-American tariffs” leading to “economic ruinization of the United States.”

Rick framed opposition to Trump’s negotiating authority as coming from “people that hate the country” as part of a “color revolution against our nation” by globalists threatened by American nationalism.

School choice legislation in Texas

Rick shared Trump’s re-truth of Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick’s statement about passing school choice legislation after six failed attempts.

Rick characterized the Texas legislature as “a bunch of RINOs” and suggested Democrats oppose school choice because they want to control education through “mockingbird media and the education system.”

Reports on COVID vaccine deaths and MLB pride logo

Rick briefly mentioned an article claiming “Canada COVID mRNA vaccines cause surge in mass deaths” and showed displeasure at Major League Baseball creating a pride logo, calling it “another reason not to watch Major League Baseball.”

Trump’s pressure on Apple to move production

Rick discussed Trump pressuring Apple to move production from China to America, describing it as a “$600 billion power move.”

According to Rick, Apple eventually “caved” and agreed to manufacture more products in America rather than China or India, though Rick acknowledged this might increase iPhone prices.

Trump’s repost about Biden doubles and clones

Rick mentioned Trump reposting content questioning whether Joe Biden is alive, suggesting Biden has been replaced by “clones, doubles, and robotically engineered soulless and mindless entities.”

Rick noted this post “broke the internet” and speculated about Trump’s motives, asking viewers to share their thoughts in the comments.

Transition to PraiseNPrayer session

Rick announced they would be moving to a praise and prayer session on the separate “WordNWorship” channel due to music licensing issues.

Rick shared the link to the channel and instructed backstage participants to remain connected, while others should follow the link to join the new stream.
