Introduction and Silver Market Opportunity

Rick from Blessed2Teach welcomed viewers to his show, focused on empowering Christian patriots with truth.

He explained the two-hour format: the first hour on the current channel and the second on the WordNWorship channel.

He introduced the main topics for discussion: the physical squeeze of silver, Obama squirming, racist judges, and other breaking news.

Rick highlighted a significant development in the silver market where physical silver is becoming scarce, with London running out and financing costs for dealers jumping from around 4% to 30%.

He referenced a private video from Kirk Elliott, who predicted silver prices would reach $67-75 by year-end, confirming a short-term investment opportunity for those with available cash.

Rick encouraged viewers to get a free consultation with Kirk Elliott about investing in physical silver before the opportunity disappears.

He suggested viewers accelerate any existing plans with Kirk Elliott by calling 720-605-3900 or visiting

Rick recommended viewers sign up for his show notes at blessed2teach.com to access all links and resources shared during the broadcast.

Legal Case About Teens Assaulting Ex-Doge Staffer

Rick discussed a case where teens who assaulted Edward Corsten, the big balls guy, avoided jail time and received only probation.

He characterized this as evidence of a two-systems-of-justice problem, confirming that if white perpetrators had attacked a black person, they would have received prison time.

Rick quoted Elon Musk, who called it a racist verdict by a racist judge and shared details about DC Judge Kendra Brigg,s who stated her job is to rehabilitate, not to punish.

Silver Market Analysis Continued

Rick returned to the silver market discussion, playing clips from Kirk Elliott’s private video explaining the unprecedented situation where the futures price is lower than the spot price, indicating zero liquidity in the market.

Elliott explained that London is offering massive prices because they need physical metals immediately, and predicted silver prices will reach $67-75 before year-end and go higher next year.

Rick emphasized this is a short-term opportunity primarily for those with available cash rather than those with 401k or IRA funds that take weeks to convert.

Congress Collecting Phone Data During Trump J6 Probe

Rick discussed a report about Congress collecting 30 million phone records during the Trump January 6th investigation, which he characterized as a dishonest, captured FBI operation.

He explained they geofenced not only the Capitol but also targeted Trump supporters by tracking visitors to the White House.

Rick emphasized this wasn’t just Democrats but also RINOs involved in lawfare against Trump.“

He contrasted this with positive developments under the current administration.

FBI Crime-Fighting Achievements

Rick played a video of FBI Director Cash Patel highlighting crime-fighting achievements, including 8,700 arrests of violent criminals, seizure of 2,200 firearms, 421 kilograms of fentanyl enough to kill 55 million Americans, 45,000 kilograms of cocaine, and 2,100 indictments in just three months.

Rick confirmed these efforts are helping to clean up criminals who have entered the country and reducing their ability to cause massive damage.

He advised viewers to prepare for potential chaos by living by faith, not by sight, as emphasized by his religious perspective.

Critical Analysis of Obama’s Legacy

Rick presented an extensive critique of former President Obama’s legacy, reading from an article that characterized Obama not as a figure of elegance and intellect but as the quiet architect of our present chaos.

The article argued that Obama’s presidency successfully enacted a fundamental transformation of America through policies that weakened American global influence, including the Arab Spring, Libya intervention, Syria red line, Russia reset, and Iran nuclear deal.

Obama increased racial tensions domestically, weaponized government agencies against political opponents through IRS targeting conservatives and DOJ spying on journalists, and implemented economically damaging policies.

Government Shutdown and Democratic Demands

Rick discussed the ongoing government shutdown, noting that Democrats continue to vote against reopening the government while blaming Republicans.

He showed a failed vote 49-45 to reopen the government, needing five more senators to change their position.

Rick played a clip of Mike Johnson listing items Democrats want funded, including international projects like $24.6 million for climate resilience in Honduras, $13.4 million for civic engagement in Zimbabwe, $3.9 million for LGBTQI-plus democracy grants in the Western Balkans, and funding for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Trump’s Peace Achievements

Rick highlighted Trump’s international peace achievements, showing a graphic claiming Trump has ended eight wars in eight months including conflicts between Cambodia and Thailand, Kosovo and Serbia, DRC and Rwanda, Pakistan and India, Israel and Iran, Egypt and Ethiopia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, and Israel and Hamas.

He attributed Trump’s success to his business background and ability to leverage U.S. economic relationships to encourage peace.

Media Industry Changes and Denmark’s Arctic Defense

Rick reported on NBC News cutting 150 jobs 7% of its workforce, which he celebrated as a victory against mockingbird media.

He also discussed Denmark’s commitment of $4.2 billion to Arctic defense, framing it as a success of Trump’s security vision and pressure on NATO allies.

Rick explained that Trump had previously threatened to take over Greenland if Denmark wouldn’t defend it properly, which he believes led to this investment in defense against potential Russian or Chinese threats.

Healing for the Ages Conference

Rick shared details on an upcoming Healing for the Ages conference scheduled for October 23-25, focused on health education.

He explained that four doctors will be teaching for two full days, with additional guests on the first day.

Topics will include how to read blood work and natural health approaches.

Rick encouraged viewers to register for virtual access at healingfortheages.com using his discount code B2T for 30% off, bringing the price down to $99 for those who sign up as monthly members.

Using AI to Fact-Check Claims

Rick demonstrated how to use the AI tool Grok to fact-check claims, using an example about Soviet KGB documents regarding the JFK assassination.

He showed how the tool helped identify that a social media post was presenting old information from the 1960s as if it were new.

Rick explained that while AI tools have limitations and biases garbage in, garbage out, they can be useful for research when combined with critical thinking.

He suggested viewers use AI tools like Grok to fact-check claims they see on social media by copying text and asking if the information is recent or accurate.

Day 3: The Desolation of Edom

By Rick Rene of Blessed2Teach Ministries

Objective: Demonstrate Edom’s predicted downfall and abandonment, as foretold. Today we will review scriptures in 3 parts:

  1. Prophecy of Destruction
  2. Prophecy of Perpetual Waste
  3. Insights and Application for us

Part 1: Prophecy of Destruction

Prediction:

The prophecy in Obadiah is a divine oracle pronounced against Edom, the nation descended from Esau, Jacob’s brother, for their longstanding enmity and betrayal of Israel during times of crisis. Edom’s pride in their mountainous strongholds and their gloating over Judah’s destruction during the Babylonian invasion provoked God’s judgment. This short book, the shortest in the Old Testament, focuses exclusively on Edom’s downfall as a warning against pride and treachery among “brother” nations.

Obadiah 1:1-10: The vision of Obadiah. Thus says the Lord God concerning Edom: We have heard a report from the Lord, and a messenger has been sent among the nations: “Rise, and let us rise against her for battle!” Behold, I will make you small among the nations; you shall be utterly despised. The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who live in the clefts of the rock… Though you soar aloft like the eagle, though your nest is set among the stars, from there I will bring you down, declares the Lord… Because of the violence done to your brother Jacob, shame shall cover you, and you shall be cut off forever.

Related Prediction:

Jeremiah’s prophecy in chapter 49 echoes this theme, delivering God’s word against several nations, with verses 7-22 specifically targeting Edom for their arrogance and failure to heed wisdom. Here, God questions Edom’s renowned prudence (associated with cities like Teman and Dedan) and foretells their exposure and horror, depicting complete devastation that leaves the land an object of derision, much like Sodom and Gomorrah. This reinforces the inevitability of judgment for nations that oppose God’s people.

Jeremiah 49:7-18:  Concerning Edom. Thus says the Lord of hosts: “Is wisdom no more in Teman? … Flee, turn back, dwell in the depths, O inhabitants of Dedan! For I will bring the calamity of Esau upon him… But I have stripped Esau bare; I have uncovered his hiding places… For I have sworn by myself, declares the Lord, that Bozrah shall become a horror, a taunt, a waste, and a curse… Edom shall become a horror. Everyone who passes by it will be horrified and will hiss because of all its disasters. As when Sodom and Gomorrah and their neighboring cities were overthrown, says the Lord, no man shall dwell there, no man shall sojourn in her.

Fulfillment: Edom was conquered by the Nabateans around the 6th century BC, leading to its decline. By the 1st century BC, the Idumeans (Edomites) were absorbed into Judea under Roman rule, losing their distinct identity.

Related Fulfillment: The region was further devastated by earthquakes and invasions, fulfilling the prophecy of horror and destruction.

Non-Biblical Evidence:

Nabatean Inscriptions: Rock carvings in Petra (4th century BC) indicate the Nabatean takeover of Edomite lands, displacing the Edomites. This archaeological discovery logically supports the prophetic timeline, as the inscriptions predate later historical accounts and align precisely with the predicted conquest.

Josephus’ Antiquities: Josephus (1st century AD) describes Edom’s subjugation by John Hyrcanus, resulting in forced conversion and the loss of autonomy. By documenting the forced assimilation, Josephus provides a historical bridge that confirms the biblical narrative of Edom’s identity being erased over centuries.

Archaeological Sites: Ruins at Bozrah show destruction layers from the 6th century BC, with no significant rebuilding. The absence of reconstruction layers in these strata underscores the permanence of the destruction, mirroring the prophecy’s assurance of an enduring cutoff.

Summary: Around 586 BC, the prophets Obadiah and Jeremiah warned of Edom’s brutal downfall—a clear message against arrogance and betrayal, rooted in God’s sense of justice. What truly captivates is how it all came true: the Nabatean forces overran Edom like a fierce desert wind, and its people faded into history through forced blending. Rock carvings in Petra and the ancient historian Josephus stand as solid proof, backing up every detail. Amid Bozrah’s crumbling ruins, we see God’s promises hold firm—no empire, no matter how strong, escapes His control. This story should spark our faith: the same God who brought Edom low is watching over us now, transforming warnings of judgment into rays of hope, calling us to walk humbly in His truth.

_______________

Part 2: Prophecy of Perpetual Waste

Prediction:

Obadiah 1:18: The house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau stubble; they shall burn them and consume them, and there shall be no survivor for the house of Esau, for the Lord has spoken.

Related Prediction:

Ezekiel 35:9: I will make you a perpetual desolation, and your cities shall not be inhabited. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

Fulfillment: Edom’s core territory became a desolate wilderness by the Roman era, with cities abandoned. Today, it remains largely uninhabited ruins.

Related Fulfillment: The Edomites vanished as a distinct group, with no survivors preserving their identity.

Non-Biblical Evidence:

Strabo’s Geography: Strabo (1st century BC) describes Edom as a barren, depopulated region after conflicts. Strabo’s eyewitness-like account from antiquity reinforces the idea that Edom’s desolation was not a fleeting event but a sustained state observable even centuries later.

Petra Excavations: Nabatean capital in former Edom shows Edomite displacement, with the area becoming waste post-Roman times. These findings illustrate how the shift in power led to the abandonment of Edomite strongholds, providing tangible proof of the prophesied waste.

Modern Surveys: Satellite imagery of southern Jordan reveals abandoned ancient sites, confirming perpetual desolation. Contemporary technology thus validates ancient texts, demonstrating that the landscape remains unaltered, a rare consistency in historical geography.

Refuting Skeptical Objections:

Objection: Edom’s decline was natural, not prophetic.

Refutation: The details—no survivors, perpetual waste—uniquely match Edom, as Strabo and excavations show, unlike neighboring regions that recovered. While Moab and Ammon experienced periods of recovery and cultural persistence, Edom’s complete disappearance from history mirrors the prophecy’s declaration of utter cutoff, underscoring its supernatural origin.

Objection: Prophecies are post-event.

Refutation: Obadiah’s context ties to pre-586 BC events, with Nabatean inscriptions confirming early fulfillment. Moreover, scholarly analysis of the book’s language and historical allusions supports a composition date in the 9th or early 6th century BC, well before the Nabatean takeover around the 4th century BC, proving the prediction’s genuine foresight rather than hindsight fabrication.

Summary: The Old Testament predicts Edom’s destruction and perpetual waste, clearly outlined and referred to in fulfillment accounts. Two more fulfilled prophecies showing the Bible’s supernatural nature, with mathematical odds pointing to divine inspiration.

Part 3: Insight and Application for us

Mathematical Amazement: Specific destruction by neighbors (1/50) and perpetual waste (1/200) yield a 1/10,000 chance.  Day 3’s 1/10,000 probability, with prior days (1/100,000), yields 1/10^9 for six prophecies. The Bible’s fulfillments prove its divine origin.

Living and Active Bible:

Hebrews 4:12: For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

This dynamic power is evident in Obadiah’s prediction of Edom’s cutoff, fulfilled in its conquest, and Ezekiel’s perpetual desolation, seen in ruins. Josephus and Petra excavations show Scripture’s living relevance, inspiring believers to avoid pride and seek humility.

Applying the Prophecies of Edom’s Desolation to Our Lives

Ancient prophecies foretold Edom’s violent end due to pride and enmity, fulfilled through conquest and absorption, and its perpetual waste as uninhabited ruins, abandoned forever. We can apply these truths to our lives by:

Embracing Humility to Avoid Pride’s Fall: Edom’s shame from its arrogant betrayal serves as a reminder for us to foster humility in our relationships, praying for a servant’s heart, so we don’t invite the same kind of downfall and isolation.

Philippians 2:3: Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.

1 Peter 5:5: Likewise, you who are younger, be subject to the elders. Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”

Proverbs 18:12: Before destruction a man’s heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.

Seeking Reconciliation and Forgiveness: Edom’s betrayal of its brother nation Israel stands as a stark warning: clinging to grudges only fuels hatred and leads to total ruin. Instead, we should choose forgiveness to nurture peace and safeguard our relationships from crumbling away.

Ephesians 4:32: Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Matthew 6:14-15: For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

2 Corinthians 5:18-19: All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.

Trusting in God’s Justice: Edom’s certain downfall reminds us that God will judge those who harm His faithful people; so, when facing injustice, trust in His perfect timing and avoid the self-destruction that comes from seeking revenge.

Romans 12:19: Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”

Psalm 37:28: For the Lord loves justice; he will not forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off.

Deuteronomy 32:35: Vengeance is mine, and recompense, for the time when their foot shall slip; for the day of their calamity is at hand, and their doom comes swiftly.

Building Eternal Legacies Through Renewal: Though Edom became perpetual waste, God offers restoration from ruin; focus on eternal values like faith-sharing, seeking His healing in broken areas to leave a lasting, fruitful legacy.

2 Corinthians 4:18: as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.

Matthew 6:19-20: “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal.

Isaiah 57:15: For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite.

All these accounts solidly confirm Edom’s complete downfall, a powerful reminder that stirs our hearts to steer clear of pride’s pitfalls, chase after reconciliation in our fractured relationships, pour our energy into building legacies, and step forward each day filled with hope—secure in the truth that God’s justice always triumphs in the end.

Lord, as I think about Edom’s downfall—from its mighty pride crashing into quiet ruins—let that lesson sink deep into my heart: a reminder to live humbly and to trust completely in Your perfect justice. Refresh my spirit today, eliminating any arrogance, and help me build a legacy of faith. With confidence, I choose to live without fear, standing on your Reliable Word. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
