Dr. Ardis Interview – Background and Motivation for Hydrate Complete

Dr. Ardis Interview – The Root Cause: Magnesium Deficiency and Dehydration

• Dr. Ardis states that both heat strokes and heart attacks are caused by only one thing: magnesium deficiency.

• The hypothalamus in the brain controls core body temperature and needs magnesium to work properly.
