We start by discussing the Category 5 Hurricane, Milton, that is headed directly toward Tampa, Florida.  Many of the residents are still recovering from the last Hurricane.

Meanwhile, FEMA continues to restrict non-FEMA resources from helping in North Carolina.

Mayorkas is also called out by an IG Report that discusses FEMA having Billions of unspent money that could be used for disaster relief.

Rick feels it is very “fishy” how quickly this storm turned into such a monster, and he wonders if weather modification is a real possibility.
