Rick starts with breaking news…

Introduction and New Channel Announcement

Rick introduces his broadcast aimed at empowering Christians and Patriots with truth. He announces a new channel called ‘Word and Worship’ where he’ll be starting a seven-day teaching series, with the first day covering how archaeological discoveries of the Hittites silence Bible critics.

He explains that all music, worship, and prayer content will now be exclusively on this new channel.

Economic News and Trump’s Pressure on the Federal Reserve

Rick reports that US consumer prices barely rose in May, marking the fourth straight month of mild inflation.

He notes that, compared to a year ago, consumer prices are up 2.4%, but only 0.1% higher than the previous month.

Core prices excluding volatile food and energy also climbed just 0.1%. Energy prices fell 2.4% in May, with gasoline prices down 12% compared to the previous year.

Rick mentions that Trump is pushing the Federal Reserve to lower interest rates by a full point, suggesting that the Fed is deliberately sabotaging the Trump economy to prevent it from thriving with lower interest rates.

Trump and Elon Musk’s Public Feud

Rick discusses Trump’s response to Elon Musk’s apology after their public disagreement. He quotes Trump saying it was ‘very nice’ what Musk did, though Trump didn’t indicate whether he was willing to let bygones be bygones.

Rick suggests that the feud was actually staged to pique interest from people across the political spectrum in the Epstein files.

He clarifies that while Trump is mentioned in the Epstein files, it was only because he took one trip to New York with his family, later kicked Epstein out of his club, and helped the FBI with investigations, unlike Bill Clinton who allegedly went to Epstein’s island 17 times.

Patriot Products

Rick discusses various products from the B2T store, including Cardio Miracle to counteract potential side effects from vaccines, Macronix silver to boost the immune system, Biblical healing oil containing frankincense and myrrh, coffee from Top Chef Nutra (formerly under a different name), Nessa’s hemp products, and water filters.

Immigration Enforcement and Protests

Rick reports that ICE is preparing raids in five Democratic states, with Orange County, California potentially being first. He criticizes California Governor Gavin Newsom’s response to federal immigration enforcement, accusing him of falsely claiming they didn’t need federal help while taking two hours to assist ICE officials who were being attacked by protesters. Rick mentions that Marines have helped restore order in various cities including New York, Chicago, and Dallas where protests against ICE operations have occurred.

Significance of June 14th and Q Drops

Rick discusses the significance of June 14th, which is Trump’s birthday and the date of a planned military parade.

He connects this to Q drops and suggests it could be when the Insurrection Act might be invoked.

Rick notes that there are plans for anti-government protests on that date as well, and calls for prayer that ‘God’s plan’ prevails.

He shares that the FBI is tracking who is funding the anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.

Anti-ICE Riots and International Connections

Rick shares footage of anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles, where protesters were waving Mexican flags while wearing Hamas armbands.

He suggests this demonstrates a connection between Islamic jihadists and illegal immigration in major US cities. Rick quotes Richard Grinnell saying that Trump acted quickly to send law enforcement to Los Angeles, preventing days of riots and hundreds of millions in damage.

He criticizes Gavin Newsom for rushing to San Francisco courts to find ‘left-wing judges to play politics.’

Trump’s Trade Deal with China

Rick discusses Trump’s announcement of a trade deal with China and his decision to allow Chinese students to remain in the US, reversing previous plans to revoke their visas.

Rick suggests this is Trump keeping ‘friends close and enemies closer.’ He also mentions a federal appeals court ruling that the US can use tariffs to protect itself against other countries, which Rick calls ‘great and important’ for the US.

Rick connects this to his theory about eliminating the Federal Reserve, which he describes as ‘an international banking cartel’ rather than a federal institution.

Middle East Tensions and Potential Military Action

Rick speculates about what was discussed during Trump’s recent meeting at Camp David with generals, admirals, and Marco Rubio.

He notes that US embassies in the Middle East are allowing relatives at bases to voluntarily leave and get flights back to the US because Iran is threatening to ‘bomb everything in the Middle East.’

Rick suggests there may be preparations for military action against Iran to prevent them from obtaining nuclear weapons.

He also mentions that Netanyahu has asked the US to broker Israel-Syria negotiations, which could lead to lasting peace in the Middle East.

Silver Prices and Investment Advice

Rick notes that silver prices have risen from around $26 to $36 over the past year, but suggests this is still low compared to where it should be.

He recommends that anyone with wealth should include precious metals in their portfolio as a hedge against inflation. Rick promotes Kirk Elliott for precious metals consultation, providing a phone number (720-605-3900) and mentioning there’s a link in the video description.

Q Drops Analysis and Military Operations Speculation

Rick analyzes posts from ‘Digital Swolder’ who connects current events to Q drops.

The analysis suggests that the Insurrection Act of 1807 might be invoked to deploy military forces domestically if local authorities cannot handle civil unrest.

Rick speculates that nationwide riots might be used as cover for military operations to arrest deep state operatives.

He shares Q drops that mention ‘get the popcorn’ for Friday and Saturday (potentially June 14-15) and discusses the possibility of military tribunals replacing civil trials for those accused of treason.

Exodus Study Guide:

Historical Confirmation of Scripture Through Archeology
The evil one wants you to think the stories recorded in the Bible are fictional and that you cannot trust the Bible for its historical accuracy.  The Lord understands that the enemy will always attack the reliability of the Bible, so He has allowed massive archaeological findings year after year to establish the fact that the Bible lays out truth about our history, as well as spiritual truth on how to be reconciled to Him.  You can trust the Bible, and archaeology gives us another solid reason to do so!  This 7-day Bible Study guide explores how biblical archaeology confirms the Bible’s historical accuracy.

Day 1: Hittite Discoveries Prove Critics Wrong

By Rick Rene of Blessed2Teach Ministries (https://blessed2teach.com)

Introduction

Today, we begin a 7-day journey exploring how biblical archaeology confirms the Bible’s historical accuracy. We’ll focus on the Hittites, a people once called mythical by critics but revealed as real through remarkable discoveries. These findings affirm the Bible’s truth and teach us timeless lessons for our faith. Our foundation is 2 Timothy 3:16-17, which declares scripture’s divine inspiration and its power to equip us for every good work.

2 Timothy 3:16–17: All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

Context: This verse assures us that the Bible, inspired by God, is trustworthy in its history and transformative in its teaching.

We will cover this with three topics:

  1. We’ll establish why the Bible’s reliability matters.
  2. We’ll uncover how the Hittite discovery silenced 19th-century skeptics.
  3. We’ll explore five biblical lessons from the Hittites that equip us to live for God.

Introduction to Biblical Reliability

Imagine holding a book that claims to tell the story of God’s work through real people, places, and events—a book that’s been challenged for centuries yet stands unshaken. That book is the Bible. Today, we begin exploring how archaeology, the study of ancient ruins and artifacts, confirms the Bible’s historical reliability, strengthening our faith in its spiritual truths.

  • Why Reliability Matters: The Bible isn’t just a spiritual guide; it’s a historical record of God’s dealings with humanity. If its accounts of kings, cities, or nations are true, we can trust its promises about salvation and eternal life. In the 19th century, skeptics claimed many biblical stories were myths, arguing there was no evidence for people like the Hittites. Yet, time and again, archaeology has proven the Bible right.
  • The Role of Archaeology: Over the following seven teachings, we’ll examine many examples where discoveries, like stones, tablets, and inscriptions, have confirmed biblical details. These findings demonstrate that the Bible aligns with historical events, thereby silencing those who doubt. But even more, they point us to the Bible’s divine author, as 2 Timothy 3:16 declares: “All Scripture is breathed out by God.” While archaeology bolsters our confidence, our ultimate trust rests in God’s enduring word.
  • Today’s Focus: We start with the Hittites, a people mentioned over 60 times in scripture, from Genesis to Chronicles. Once dismissed as fiction, their discovery is a powerful testament to the Bible’s truth.

Timeline of Some Key Discoveries Since 1822 (a small fraction of key findings)

Date Discovery Biblical Connection Visual Visual Link
1822 Rosetta Stone Deciphered: Jean-François Champollion deciphers the Rosetta Stone, unlocking the secrets of Egyptian hieroglyphs and reading texts that confirm biblical events. Enables study of Egyptian records, like Pharaoh Shishak’s invasion (1 Kings 14:25), setting the stage for later finds. Image of Rosetta Stone (British Museum, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). 1834 Hattusa Ruins Discovered: Charles Texier discovers monumental ruins at Bogazköy, Turkey, later identified as Hattusa, the capital of the Hittites. Begins validation of the Hittites, mentioned over 60 times (e.g., Genesis 23:10), once called mythical. Image of Hattusa’s Lion Gate (HeritageDaily, credit: Bernard Gagnon, GNU FDL). 1868 Mesha Stele Found: Discovered in Jordan, the stele describes Moab’s rebellion against Israel. Confirms events in 2 Kings 3:4–27, affirming the Bible’s historical accuracy. Image of Mesha Stele (Louvre Museum, public domain). Louvre Museum: Mesha Stele
1887 Amarna Letters Unearthed: Found in Egypt, these letters mention the Hittite kingdom of “Kheta.” Supports Hittites’ prominence in Joshua 1:4, part of God’s promise to Israel. Image of Amarna tablet (British Museum, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). British Museum: Amarna Tablet
1906–1912 Hittite Tablets Unearthed: Hugo Winckler excavates over 10,000 cuneiform tablets at Hattusa, including the Treaty of Kadesh. Proves the Hittite Empire’s existence in Genesis 23:10, Joshua 1:4, and 2 Chronicles 1:17, refuting skeptics. Image of Hittite cuneiform tablet (British Museum, CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). 1947 Dead Sea Scrolls Discovered: Found in Qumran, these manuscripts preserve ancient biblical texts. Validates the reliability of biblical texts, including those about Hittites (2 Timothy 3:16–17). Image of Dead Sea Scroll fragment (Israel Museum, public domain). Israel Museum: Dead Sea Scroll

As we begin, ask yourself: How would knowing the Bible’s history is true deepen your trust in its promises? God’s word is reliable and ready to equip you for life.  The Bible’s historical reliability, confirmed by archaeology, invites us to trust its divine inspiration, as 2 Timothy 3:17 proclaims, “preparing us for every good work.”

The Hittite Discovery: Refuting Critics

Let’s travel back to the 19th century, when scholars boldly claimed the Bible was unreliable. One of their biggest targets was the Hittites, a people woven throughout scripture. Their story shows how God’s word withstands even the fiercest challenges.

  • The Critics’ Challenge: In the 1800s, scholars like Julius Wellhausen and Ferdinand Hitzig led a movement called Higher Criticism, arguing that the Bible’s stories were fabricated. They zeroed in on the Hittites, mentioned in verses like Genesis 23:10, where Abraham negotiates with Ephron the Hittite in Hebron, or Joshua 1:4, where God promises Israel the “land of the Hittites.” Wellhausen, in his 1878 book Prolegomena to the History of Israel, called these accounts anachronistic, insisting they were written centuries later to glorify Israel’s past. Hitzig went further, claiming the Hittites were a minor tribe at best, not the powerful nation scripture described. With no known records of Hittites in Egyptian or Mesopotamian texts, skeptics declared them a biblical myth, undermining the Bible’s credibility.
  • The Archaeological Breakthrough: God had the final word. In 1834, French archaeologist Charles Texier stumbled upon massive ruins at Bogazkoy, Turkey, later identified as Hattusa, the Hittite capital. From 1906 to 1912, Hugo Winckler’s excavations uncovered over 10,000 cuneiform tablets—letters, laws, and treaties—revealing a Hittite empire that thrived from 1600 to 1180 BCE. One stunning find was the Treaty of Kadesh, a 1259 BCE agreement between Hittite king Hattusili III and Egypt’s Ramesses II, proving the Hittites were a superpower rivaling Egypt. Tablets also showed Hittite influence in Canaan, supporting Genesis 23’s account of Hittites in Hebron. Artifacts like seals and pottery found in the Levant further confirmed their presence, exactly as the Bible described.
  • The Impact: These discoveries forced critics to retract their claims. By the early 20th century, even Wellhausen’s followers admitted the Hittites were real, and the Bible was right. This wasn’t just a win for history; it was a triumph for faith, showing that God’s word can be trusted, even when evidence seems absent.
  • Biblical References:
    • Genesis 23:10: Now Ephron was sitting among the Hittites, and Ephron the Hittite answered Abraham in the hearing of the Hittites… (Abraham buys a burial site, showing Hittites in Canaan.)
    • Joshua 1:4: From the wilderness… all the land of the Hittites… shall be your territory. (God’s promise includes Hittite lands, a major power.)
    • 2 Chronicles 1:17: They imported a chariot from Egypt for 600 shekels… and exported to all the kings of the Hittites… (Hittites in Solomon’s trade network, c. 950 BCE.)
Critics’ Claim God’s Truth (Archaeology)
Wellhausen: Hittites in Genesis are anachronistic. Tablets show Hittite influence in Canaan by 1600 BCE.
Hitzig: Hittites were insignificant. Treaty of Kadesh proves they rivaled Egypt.
No Hittite records exist. 10,000+ tablets confirm their empire.

Consider the skeptics who doubted God’s word, only to be proven wrong. What doubts do you face about the Bible or God’s promises? Let the Hittite discovery remind you that God’s truth endures, as 2 Timothy 3:16–17 assures us. The Hittite discovery transformed a “myth” into reality, proving the Bible’s historical accuracy. As 2 Timothy 3:16–17 declares, God’s word is trustworthy, equipping us to stand firm in faith.

Biblical Lessons from the Hittites

The Hittites don’t just prove the Bible’s history; they teach us how to live as God’s people. Through their presence in scripture, God reveals truths that equip us for righteousness, fulfilling 2 Timothy 3:16–17’s promise. Let’s explore five lessons from the Hittites that strengthen our faith today.

Teaching Content:

  • The Hittites appear across the Old Testament, from Abraham’s time to Solomon’s, offering practical and spiritual lessons. These show how scripture, as “breathed out by God,” trains us for every good work.
  • Five Lessons:
    • God’s Sovereignty Over Nations:
      • Scripture: Joshua 1:4:  All the land of the Hittites… shall be your territory.
      • Lesson: The Hittites were a mighty empire, yet God promised their land to Israel, showing His power over all nations. No obstacle is too big for God’s plan.
      • Application: Trust God with your challenges, knowing He is sovereign, as it says in Romans:

Romans 8:31: If God is for us, who can be against us?

  • Integrity in Engagement:
    • Scripture: Genesis 23:10–20 – Abraham negotiates honestly with Ephron the Hittite.
    • Lesson: Abraham’s respectful, transparent dealings with the Hittites show how to engage others with integrity, even those outside our faith, as Colossians 4:5 urges us to “walk in wisdom toward outsiders.”
    • Application: In your workplace or community, let honesty and respect reflect your faith.
  • God’s Mercy for All:
    • Scripture: Ezekiel 16:3, 45:  Your mother a Hittite.
    • Lesson: God chose Israel despite its sinful roots, including Hittite heritage, showing His grace extends to all. reminds us salvation is by grace, not merit.
    • Ephesians 2:8–9: For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
    • Application: Embrace God’s mercy for yourself and share it with others, no matter their background.
  • Using Influence Wisely:
    • Scripture: 2 Chronicles 1:17: They imported a chariot from Egypt for 600 shekels of silver, and a horse for 150. Likewise through them these were exported to all the kings of the Hittites and the kings of Syria. – Solomon trades with Hittite kings.
    • Lesson: God gave Solomon economic influence, but we must use our resources for His glory, as Deuteronomy 8:18: You shall remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may confirm his covenant that he swore to your fathers, as it is this day. –  teaches that God gives us power to gain wealth.
    • Application: Use your talents or finances to serve God, not self.
  • Guarding Against Compromise:
    • Scripture: Judges 3:5–6: So the people of Israel lived among the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. And their daughters they took to themselves for wives, and their own daughters they gave to their sons, and they served their gods. – Israel intermarried with Hittites and served their gods.
    • Lesson: Intermingling with pagan Hittites led to idolatry, warning us to stay distinct, as Paul teaches in 2 Corinthians teaches:
2 Corinthians 6:14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?”
    • Application: Watch for modern “idols” like materialism or secular values, and stay rooted in God’s word.

Review:

  • Sovereignty: Trust God’s plan .
  • Integrity: Live honestly.
  • Mercy: Embrace God’s grace.
  • Influence: Use resources for God.
  • Faithfulness: Avoid compromise.

Which of these lessons—trusting God’s sovereignty, living with integrity, embracing mercy, using influence wisely, or avoiding compromise—speaks to you today? As you leave, let 2 Timothy 3:16–17 inspire you to apply one lesson this week, trusting God’s word to guide you.

These scriptures, as we study the Hittites, equip us for life, demonstrating that the Bible is not only historically true but also spiritually powerful, making us “complete, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16–17).

Lord, It is amazing to study your word knowing it is true history and will always stand the attacks against it.  Thank you for providing so much evidence to support its historicity and allowing me to know that all scripture is breathed out by you and I can use it for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness so I can be equipped for every good work. I stand confidently on the word of God! In the name of Jesus. Amen.
