• Two guests: Nick Mitchell (MMA to health freedom / Relax Far Infrared Sauna) then Dr. Meri Crouley live on Open the Heavens.
• Rick said he started about 10 minutes late and lost the usual news block. He went straight to the interviews.
• Open the Heavens is in Branson October 2–3 at The Mansion. Rick is speaking. Named on air with him: Troy Brewer, Joseph Z, 107 and Sheila, and a Friday night worship gathering. Admission is free; VIP is extra.
• Wednesday is normally WordNWorship. Rick said he could not finish day two of the teaching after a three-day conference in downtown Dallas, so after the guests he did a short PraiseNPrayer instead. No communion.

Nick Mitchell: MMA to health freedom

• Rick met Nick at a health event. He showed Nick’s site, the MMA belt, and bag work, and called him a belt-winning fighter now in the health-freedom world.
• Nick is from Ohio. He got into MMA about 1995. He started in taekwondo, added boxing, then grappling, then went for it.
• He drove to Chicago alone, entered a contest, and won. The promoter took him on. He fought a six-year MMA career. Rick also pointed at a 1999-era run on the clips.
• In the cage he said recovery and detox were not optional. Punches and takedowns require peak body and a clear mind.
• He met Philip Wilson at Momentum 98 in Ohio, became wholesale director of Wilson’s health-food store, and learned supplements, detox, and how to keep the body in shape.
• He walked on at Ohio State around 1991. Coaches told him to eat everything to gain weight: steaks, potatoes, milk, the food pyramid. It wrecked him. Later his bowel was obstructed. He could barely touch his toes before he got serious about martial arts.
• He said he was a world-class athlete in horrible condition because he followed the system’s slogans. He asked God for guidance, went on a long detox, and summed it up: health is in the blood.
• After MMA he trained a lot of jiu jitsu in Florida and needed cardio for the mat. That is when the sauna became part of his fight for health, not only a product on a table.

• Rick bought a used Relax from Dr. Ardis. Ardis’s wife later bought a new one even after they already had a very expensive whole-body machine (Rick said about $70,000). Rick and Shannon keep the Silver Elite upstairs and argue over who gets in. Head stays out; he can use his phone.
• Nick said the trade-show floor shifted from bottles toward what he calls energy-medicine devices: red light beds, big wooden / hemlock saunas, and portables. Philip Wilson has been in wellness more than 40 years and, in Nick’s view, sells top-line gear rather than whatever will move.
• Nick worked with Wilson, then moved to Fort Lauderdale. Wilson called, Nick drove to Orlando, took a unit home, and at first never got in it. He piled clothes on it after work.
• He put it in his first Florida gym next to a big wooden sauna. Clients chose the small portable: faster sweat, quicker start, in and out. That surprised him.
• He started using it at night for jiu jitsu. Cardio on the mat jumped. He called Wilson for more units, sold sauna-therapy packages at the gyms, then took them to trade shows. He met Rick at Changing Life and Destinies.
• Wooden cabins, as Nick told it, are generally near infrared. They heat the air around you. The body puts out about 9.4 microns; that is far infrared, the same warmth you feel in a hug.
• Far infrared matches that frequency, is gentler, and warms core temperature from the inside. Nick said studies on the Relax silver and black units show core temperature up about 3 degrees in 20 to 25 minutes. Near infrared, in his words, is more like fighting the heat. The wave does not go deep enough.
• Rick: about 15 minutes and he is in a full sweat and wants a shower. Shannon stays closer to 30. He tied daily use to food, air, water, and other load, and said this is his number-one physical detox along with the supplements he already takes. He did not make the sauna the only tool.
• Testimonies Nick told: a woman with neuropathy at a Tennessee booth with Phil had not felt her toes for years; about 10 minutes in she felt them and broke down. He said some people get pain relief in about five minutes from circulation and oxygen in the blood.
• What he listed as happening in a session: detox, circulation and microcirculation, and a reset out of fight-or-flight toward what he called homeostasis so the body can heal.
• Silver and black use the same generators. The silver lining is the point: light spreads, so without a reflective inside, far infrared leaks. A wooden cabin with a glass window, he said, dumps a lot of it into wood and out the glass. The tent bounces it into you. Black is a bit thicker, stitched logo vs. stamped on the silver. Nick later bought the black one.

Meri Crouley / Open the Heavens

• Published name is Meri Crouley (mericrouley.com). Rick brought her on live for Open the Heavens, Branson, October 2–3 at The Mansion (former Wayne Newton theater), next to Sight & Sound. Friday night is worship; Saturday runs the whole day. Rick said stay through Saturday night for the fire tunnel and the last speakers. Short trip: Friday night plus Saturday.
• Ninth Open the Heavens in three years, in the heartland. First was Mount Rushmore; Rick was there. Meri told a sign story: a small cloud with President Trump’s face over the monument. She named Donna Rigney, Manuel Johnson, Lloyd Brunson, and Juan by Zoom at that first one; Juan in person later at Champions Church in Chicago. Last gathering: Las Vegas, May 8–9.
• House holds about 3,000; balcony about 1,000. She is expecting at least a thousand. She was in the region about 17 days (including Kansas City). People are driving from Kansas City, St. Louis, Omaha, Chicago, and about six and a half hours from Dallas. Rick said he will probably drive it.
• Free to register. Love offerings. Sponsors already covered the venue, about $20,000 to rent. Streaming: she usually does not charge so people who cannot pay can still watch.
• VIP is capped at about 200 because of lunch space. Price as said: $176 if you buy before September 7, then about $196. Includes premier seating, a meet-and-greet on the stage (same pattern as Nampa / Boise), and a buffet banquet lunch.
• Named on air for Branson: Troy Brewer, Joseph Z, 107 and Sheila, Rick speaking, Donna Rigney, Billye Brim of Prayer Mountain in Branson (about 40 years), Dean Bye, and Lynn Scott Hagerman on a panel. Michael Jaco bought a Gold table and is coming; Meri had just been on his show. Larry Ballard was named; Rick hoped he would be past surgery and that the Lord would heal him fast. Rick also said they almost got Amanda, but the invite was late.
• Worship: a team of about 12. Meri met a man named Sonny at the May 7 rededication in D.C.; his aunt and uncle were sent from India about 20 years ago to evangelize and pray for America in the heartland. She said the Elam worship team settled in Iowa. She was clear they are from India, not Native American.
• Corrie ten Boom: Meri tied her to Branson / the Ozarks. Released from a Nazi camp (she thought Ravensbrück) by a clerical error the day before she was to be killed; The Hiding Place; later, from a commercial plane, a word of a great outpouring over that region. Meri said Corrie had been on the Jim Bakker show, and that she died in 1983.
• Area pastors, as she heard it, have been told revival will break out at The Mansion. She said the Lord spoke of 12 apostolic hubs across America (He did not call them churches) plus many “watering holes,” and that Branson is a portal in the heartland. Someone told her a local census put the middle of the country at Branson. Nine, she said, is birthing.
• Field of Dreams: her dad, Papa Joe Jensen, was born in Chisholm, Minnesota and pitched until 82. On the flight back from Kansas City she watched the film again. Scoreboard line she used: go the distance, Chisholm. Word she released: come out of the dugout, get on base, Red Sea moment, open the heavens in Branson as a key to the heartland.
• Branson falls at the end of the Feast of Tabernacles. She pointed at the attack in Israel three years ago on Simchat Torah and said they are putting a stake in the ground. This gathering is also the 14-year mark of her dad going to heaven and the 13-year mark of Pastor Chuck Smith / Calvary Chapel. Rick later walked the spring feasts as first coming and the fall feasts as second coming, and said he wants this to be the opposite of October 7: a portal in the middle of America that goes worldwide.
• She is not going to the Storm Summit. Rosh Hashanah (she dated it September 11) she will be at Glory of Zion with Chuck Pierce. Then a Texas tour she is trying to lock: Troy Brewer’s Church of the Open Door, South Fork Ranch and a 250-year multimedia piece she tied to Jon Voight and Kimberly Fletcher, San Antonio on the 19th, then Florida. Rick had the South Fork / Barons note she had sent him.
• D.C. rededication May 7: hot day, scanners, first five rows. She named meeting with pastors and Mike Johnson, and Lou Engle and Dutch Sheets in the prayer. Later she sat under a tree and met Sonny.
• She and Rick marked five-plus years since they met: Health and Freedom in Tulsa, April 2021 (later called Reawaken). First time she saw Rick and Rob she put a hand on both chests and prophesied. Rob was a new believer. She also had a word for Kirk Elliott there. Her line: God can talk through a donkey. Do not follow a prophet; follow the Lord and the Word in quiet time.
• Moses story she tied to Charlie Kirk’s memorial and Pastor Rob McCoy at Godspeak: Egypt, the wilderness, ego stripped, silver and gold when they left. She said God allows hard seasons, does not author every mess, and still makes a way. Stay humble, point to God. Galatians 6:9: we reap if we do not quit. She mentioned Bob Jones and a hoped-for move in 2012.
• Hollywood stories she told: a dove on James Cameron’s roof at Hollister Ranch stopped him mid-sentence as he explained why he does not believe in God. She said it was the Holy Spirit and asked him to pray, “God, if You’re real, reveal Yourself,” the prayer she also tied to her Lonnie Frisbee film. She relayed Craig Lund (Silicon Satan) claiming Charlie Kirk and then the Reiners were sacrificial hits, with a third maybe in tech. She asked people to pray against that, said she does not live in that rabbit hole, and believes Charlie is in the cloud of witnesses with a mantle on millions. Follow the Lord and the Word, not every name.
• After packing she had Hollywood Zoom; the link is on mericrouley.com under Hollywood Zoom. Guest: Lynn Scott Hagerman, now on the Branson panel. Meri said Hagerman described underground university trafficking and adrenochrome work, and that God restored her memory. She also named Chris Latier / Camp Hero / Montauk and said she connected him to Pastor Archer for food.
• She did not have time for a long prayer line. Rick asked for one because Charlotte had come for that. Word for the room: all hands on deck, hands on your ears, hear Him in your spirit and in the Word. Stop running prophet to prophet. Take action; a vehicle that is not moving cannot be steered. To Charlotte and everyone: a pen in the hand, the pen is mightier than the sword, “writers on the storm,” Thomas Paine’s Common Sense before the Delaware crossing. Use the gift or God moves on. How she spelled faith: R-I-S-K. She did not have the Branson money in the bank; God said go.
• She asked Rick to hold the Open the Heavens flyer. Rick prayed a short blessing over her (Joshua 1:9; times of refreshing; he cited Acts 3:29). He then pointed people to mericrouley.com and to taking the mountain of media: not three channels but 9, 10, 15, and paying creators instead of charging them.

He hoped she was coerced rather than all-in, then moved on.
• Open the Heavens, Branson, October 2–3 again. Storm Summit: he first said D.C., then corrected to Vegas, September 10–13, if you cannot get to Branson. Juan / 107 tomorrow night; Rick also said 107 is on tomorrow and that a Bible study starts at 7:00, with PraiseNPrayer in between after a 5:00 p.m. CST start.
• Mondo (The Mondo Show) records at the Jim Bakker studio about 20–30 minutes from The Mansion. He is putting Rick in a condo and interviewing him, including the FaithNFreedomTV model: FAST / free advertising-supported Live TV, pay creators instead of making them pay, nine or ten channels so people who open Live TV do not only see MSNBC, CBS, and ABC.
• At the Branson event Rick also expects to meet Troy Brewer and Joseph Z. He asked for ministry partners to get the channels advertised and the new pay-the-creators model standing.

• Rick skipped WordNWorship. He said he wanted to pour into Scripture for day two and could not, after the three-day Dallas conference, so they worshiped instead.
