• Gateway Pundit and New York Post articles detail Fauci’s intense focus on personal fame while the death toll climbed.
• Key diary quotes: On April 7 (after 60,000+ U.S. deaths) he wrote that press coverage of him was “still hot and heavy… multiple stories per day.” By May 21 (nearly 98,000 deaths) he called his national and international fame “explosive and really unimaginable.” After a reported 40,000 deaths in a single day he noted an invitation to Dancing with the Stars.
• Fauci complained that media profiles were making him outshine President Trump and claimed he had no desire to conflict with or embarrass the President.
• Rick frames Fauci as the tip of the spear for Big Pharma/medical cartel and part of the larger election-fraud scheme that used COVID to push mail-in ballots and other changes.
• He connects the revelations to long-awaited “D-class” material and notes that Q had pointed toward these exposures years earlier. God’s timing allowed the white hats to adjust after the stolen first term.

DNI Pulte Declassifications and Intelligence Clean-Up

• Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Pulte has been releasing batches of previously classified material.
• Pulte announced a fourth round of thoughtful, measured layoffs at ODNI, refocusing the agency on national security, the law, and statute. Rick compares this to the Scaramucci model of cleaning house while giving Trump some distance.
• One declassified item details Beijing’s escalating efforts to shape U.S. policy on China, including a credible threat to reveal derogatory information on a U.S. official (likely a senator or administration figure) through social media in order to force a softer approach.
• Chinese officials had recommended collecting and using “black materials” against perceived anti-China U.S. officials since at least January 2019. This was the most detailed recommendation seen at the time (document dated around June 25, 2020, while Trump was still in office).
• Rick notes the heavy redactions but stresses that presidential daily briefs already showed the blackmail attempts.

Voter Rolls and How Fraud Actually Works

• Inflated voter rolls are required so the machines can match totals.
• Most illegal immigrants do not personally vote (fear of deportation), but they get registered and have votes assigned to them, just like dead people and people who have moved out of state.
• Ballots are often filled in at the end for those who have not voted. Vacant lots with multiple registered “voters” and similar patterns are common.
• Recent example cited: hundreds of assigned votes uncovered in New Jersey.

• Juan (calling in from Asia) joins. Rick notes he is currently being shadow-banned rather than fully deplatformed.

Interview with Juan O’Savin – Understanding the Plan and Patrick Byrne

• Juan calls Patrick Byrne a hero who has spent tens of millions of his own money (including roughly $1 million on Tina Peters’ defense) and has done important work.
• Juan says Patrick knows the overall plan but disagrees on timing and speed; he wants faster action.
• Juan has been explaining this exact path for years in private meetings with attorneys and others. Differing views are “iron sharpening iron.”

Voter Rolls, Executive Orders, and Total Non-Compliance

• Juan’s group submitted a detailed 17-page proposed executive order last year to force cleanup.
• Even if signed, states and counties would almost certainly have ignored it.
• On March 25, 2025, Trump signed his 107th executive order at 1:07 p.m. requiring all counties to clean voter rolls within 180 days with help from governors.
• Not a single county complied.
• Trump issued a presidential pardon for Tina Peters; the state governor and prison system refused it, citing “states’ rights.”
• States control the time, place, and manner of elections, so ordinary executive orders have proven weak.

SAVE Act, Lisa Murkowski, and the Real Civil-Rights Issue

• Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska refuses to support the SAVE Act, claiming remote native Alaskans cannot obtain IDs or birth records.
• Juan calls this a complete foil: the same people register boats, fly planes, collect permanent-fund dividends, and receive government benefits.
• The deeper problem is that unlawful votes cancel the votes of legal citizens—a civil-rights violation against legitimate voters.
• Low-population states are cheap to influence for two Senate seats, which is why the Senate has blocked real election integrity measures.

Why the 2026 Midterms Cannot Be Fixed Normally

• Primaries have already occurred.
• Fraudulent voting and ballot obstruction have already placed illegitimate candidates on the general-election ballot.
• There is no realistic legal or practical way to clean the primaries, re-run them, and still hold an honest general election by early November.
• Even a compressed timeline needs at least 3–6 months for candidates to decide, raise money, and campaign.
• “The fix is in.” The only remaining option is a full emergency pause.

National Security Emergency and Commander-in-Chief Authority

• Juan has predicted for years (including on a 2022–2023 attorney conference call) that the 2026 elections would need to be paused. Attorney Peter Tickton agreed on that call that only the President could do it and courts could not.
• Regular executive orders have already been ignored. The only strong enough tool is Commander-in-Chief power under a national security emergency.
• Trump recently stated clearly that China interfered in U.S. elections and flipped 2020. Under international law, foreign election interference is treated like a weapon of mass destruction.
• This triggers military-level emergency responses to protect the Constitution and voter rights.

Timing of the Pause and the Long-Planned Sting

• Steve Bannon recently said a pause is coming and suggested late August.
• Juan believes it is more likely late October, after early voting has already begun, so the fraud is fully committed and documented.
• America does not do “pre-crime.” Let them finish the crime, then prosecute.
• Executive Order 13848 required the Director of National Intelligence to deliver foreign election-interference information to the President by December 18, 2020. The material was collected and has been held; it is now being released.
• In December 2020, allies urged use of the Insurrection Act. Generals advised it would likely cause civil war because the public did not yet understand the fraud and many states would refuse. Sidney Powell was blocked from returning to the White House the next morning.

The Still-Active COVID National Emergency and Occupied Territory

• Trump declared the national emergency on March 13, 2020, and reinforced it on March 15 at Cheyenne Mountain under invasion/WMD protocols.
• Congress had one year to end it and did nothing. Biden’s statements did not legally terminate it.
• Only the President who declared it (or a two-thirds vote of Congress) can end it. Trump remains the only person who can.
• COVID was primarily used to change voting systems (drop boxes, no-contact counting, electronic systems) and to steal elections worldwide, largely directed from China.
• Trump’s “Warp Speed” and public statements were part of navigating a propaganda war. He pointed to hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin as real early treatments.
• Twice while Biden was in office, Trump appeared at rallies in front of an American flag with the stars blacked out—the flag signal for occupied territory: trust no one, challenge everyone. The enemy is inside the gates.

Coming Markers, Deportations, and Closing Thoughts from Juan

• Juan expects high-profile arrests (possibly Brennan and Podesta) as timing markers that the next phase is beginning.
• Deportations of illegals are ramping up and will climb toward 1,000 a day soon, then 3,000–5,000 a day later in the year. Self-deportation remains an option.
• Getting angry at Trump for “not fixing it sooner” misunderstands the strategy. The system (courts, Congress, ordinary executive orders) has been allowed to prove it is inadequate. Soldiers, not policemen, show up when a nation is under attack.
• The audience’s role is critical: help neighbors understand the context so the public supports the necessary actions.
• Timing is God’s timing. Pray that Trump chooses God’s way.
