• Rick’s charge against Brennan: he says the book accuses Brennan of allowing terror attacks so more government money would flow, and of making $4.9-plus million in stock. (Later in the interview, the documented stock jump Trottier cites is about $50,000 to just under $5 million; treat the open as Rick’s framing, the interview as the receipts.)

News outlets sue Trump over the White House ban

• Sept. 21: news outlets sued Trump and other officials over being banned from the White House.
• Outlets say the ban threatens press freedom and targets them for viewpoint, which they call a First Amendment violation.
• Rick’s answer: they still have cameras, websites, and airtime. He calls them “enemy of the people,” Mockingbird Media, and coordinated against Trump and the Constitution.
• He says their Russia-collusion work was a national-security attack, not journalism.

CNN and the Butler rally headline

• Rick plays the line that CNN is banned for a reason.
• After Trump was shot, he says CNN titled coverage as Secret Service rushing Trump off stage after he falls at a rally — not that he was shot.
• He calls that a lie meant to erase an assassination attempt and crush hope of taking down the deep state.
• He says God saved Trump by a miracle, and that CNN being on scene when almost no other Trump rallies were covered looks coordinated.

Fox News joins the lawsuit — “Rhinos of MSM”

• Thumbnail line Rick used: Fox News as the Rhinos of MSM. Chat/X also called Fox the “Judas of MSM.”
• Rick: Fox joined rival networks against Trump. That is uniparty / globalist ownership, not a free-speech stand.
• Talent he still respects (Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Jesse, and others) is “muzzled” and in golden handcuffs from Big Pharma ad money.
• Examples of Fox pushing people out or boxing them in: Tucker Carlson, Maria Bartiromo.
• He says Fox paid about $787–$870 million in the Dominion case (he first says Smartmatic, then corrects to Dominion). He treats Dominion and Smartmatic as part of the same “selection machine” cabal.
• Claim: Fox had evidence to fight and settled to avoid helping Trump. Fox kept Trump off air for about two years.
• Pool-coverage threat: major networks, including Fox, moving to stop video pool coverage of Trump events and the UN trip because CNN / MS NOW were blocked.
• Coverage stat he cites (Media Research): first-term Trump ~89% negative; second term ~92% negative; Biden’s first 100 days ~59% positive. Biden avoided press conferences for a long stretch; Trump takes questions and still gets crushed.
• Lenin line he uses: the best way to control the opposition is to lead it. He applies that to Fox leadership.
• He says talking points on both “left” and “right” TV are used to divide the country on purpose.
• Midterms angle: he believes selection machines keep a fake 50/50 split while real support for Trump is much higher.

Patrick Byrne, Fox shareholders, and the Dominion settlement

• Judge orders Fox to hand over hundreds of documents in a shareholder case after the near-$800 million Dominion payout.
• Shareholders are angry the settlement hit profits and the stock.
• Patrick Byrne (Overstock, election-machine researcher): the law firm suing Fox should talk to him and Michigan lawyer Stephanie Lambert.
• Byrne’s partners he names: Gary Bernstein (Stolen Election, ex-CIA; Rick heard him at a recent fraud summit) and Martine, the Venezuelan whistleblower.
• Byrne: those partners “brought Fox everything they needed to win against Dominion. Fox settled to avoid helping Trump.”
• Viewer question Byrne answers yes to: could the CCP have covered Fox’s settlement because a real fight would lead to China? Rick is not sure; notes the stock drop and the rumor of a matching check.

300,000 illegal-voting cases and “selection machines”

• Rick: 300,000 illegal-voting cases under investigation. “The thing that never happens keeps happening.”
• Fair elections are one of Trump’s biggest remaining fights.
• Claim: 72 nations use the same class of selection machines and veered left after they were installed.
• Split he describes: China takes some countries; USAID and “RCIA” take others.

White House 6-second clip / possible EBS nod

• White House posted a ~6-second video (about 9:38 a.m. the day of the clip).
• Old TV flashes Trump, then goes blank.
• Rick, reading it through Q drops and accounts like Julie Donuts: possible pointer to an Emergency Broadcast System moment.
• Chat: “TV was invented for EBS.” Rick also reads TV as “give people a vision,” often the wrong vision. Orson Welles / radio-disclosure comparison comes up in chat.

Trump, Iran, Saudi Arabia, midterms

• Headline Rick cites: Trump warns he is close to an Iran decision as Middle East tension rises. Line in coverage: “When do I blow the entire nation up?”
• Saudi Arabia, in his view, erred by stepping off Abraham Accords and leaning on Turkey and Pakistan while Houthis hit Saudi oil infrastructure.
• He frames high gas prices as a midterm narrative against Trump.
• On nukes: he says you have to ignore nuclear tech to claim Iran is not close, and that delivery warheads are far ahead of 10 years ago.

Hegseth vs. Washington Post on U.S. deaths in Iran

• Washington Post, citing six unnamed U.S. officials: more American service members have died in the Iran war than the Pentagon has said.
• Pete Hegseth / Pentagon response Rick highlights: unnamed officials, no on-the-record interviews, no public data — media narrative.
• Alexandra Ingersoll line he reads: even if someone wanted to hide combat deaths, “we never would and never could.”
• Rick: coordinated hit on Hegseth and Trump before the midterms. Private polls, he says, show Trump much stronger than published polls.

Trump vs. Biden classified documents

• New photos, in Rick’s telling, show two different FBI postures and marking practices in the Trump and Biden documents cases.
• He calls it a manufactured visual to hide a double standard.
• Line: if Trump were not president he would likely be in jail — “as I probably would be, and Ian probably too.”

RFK Jr. and chemtrails

• Rick: CNN / MS NOW viewers were shocked that RFK Jr. said the Trump administration will investigate chemtrail effects.
• Petition he gives: thegeofight.com (he first says geofight.com, then corrects).
• He had a short explainer video in the notes and skipped it to get Ian on.

Interview: Ian Trottier — High Stakes Treason

Guest: Ian Trottier. Book: High Stakes Treason: How John Brennan Compromised American Security for Millions. Forewords: Roger Stone and John Kiriakou. Signed copies: highstakestreason.com. Publisher: Post Hill Press (Rick/Ian “Postal / Posto”). Skyhorse (Tony Lyons) also looked at it. Intel source: former FBI agent John Donovan (named in the book, not on the cover).

How Ian got into this work

• 2016 Miami Zika scare. Friend David (book is dedicated to him; David has died) took him to a town hall on Zika vs. pesticide spraying.
• Afterward Ian told CBS’s Michelle Gillen local politicians looked like CDC puppets.
• Research path: Rockefeller Institute, 1930s Zika forest in Uganda, monkey-brain virus work, Cecil Rhodes / Round Table, Anthony Sutton and The Federal Reserve Conspiracy.
• Weekly podcast Follow the Money on Wynwood Radio (small studio in a Miami barbershop). Guests included John Kiriakou, G. Edward Griffin, Dr. Sherri Tenpenny.
• First book: Freedom Reserved, No More Lies with Trine Day, about 2019. Then he moved northwest to write.
• 2020 pandemic looked to him like Zika scaled global. He worked Clay Clark / ReAwaken / Flynn green rooms until that circuit slowed.
• California native. Built a San Francisco valet firm, iPark, later bought by Imperial Parking. Never served in the military. After 9/11 he thought about the Marines, then chose research instead.
• A Lyft passenger named Kitty pushed him onto Wynwood Radio after he talked Rhodes, Rothschild, Skull and Bones.

How the Brennan book started

• CPAC Maryland, 2024. A former FBI agent no outlet would interview put a binder on Ian’s table. Family thought he was crazy. He had a death threat and had lost a post-FBI job over the research. Jack Posobiec had already passed.
• Ian’s first reaction after reading the binder: this is treason.
• Agent’s ask: “I’ve been to 100-plus outlets. Turn this into a book.”
• About two years of work. Legal vet the publisher recommended said do not publish. Publisher almost walked after a year and a half of editing. They later cleared it.
• Cover: Donovan’s name stayed off so the FBI could not block publication. His FBI past and an award/certificate are in the intro. Ian shows the certificate on air.
• Release: publisher texted July 22. Within three hours Ian was on Bannon’s War Room with Natalie Winters; Bannon phoned in and called it the most exquisitely timed book release ever, because that same day Trump called Obama out for treason in the Oval.
• Biden was still president when the project started. They did not know who would win 2024.

Who Ian is, in one ask

• Not a career intel officer. Follow-the-money researcher who treats government corruption as a money-and-resources story (Vietnam rubber / Standard Oil as an example of the lens).
• Brennan was not on his radar until Donovan’s binder.

What the book claims (nutshell)

• Obama made Brennan CIA director. Before that Brennan was senior Homeland Security advisor and helped build the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC).
• Before government, Brennan was president of The Analysis Corporation (founded 1990 to track mujahideen after the Soviets left Afghanistan).
• Charge: he built an intelligence monopoly, parked data in code-word compartments, and held Analysis Corp stock he was supposed to sell.
• Net worth cited from filings: about $50,000 in 2009 to just under $4.85 million when the firm sold in late 2011 to Ares Management (Ian describes it as Hong Kong / China-linked).
• Paper trail he names: SEC filings, false financial-disclosure forms, an Obama-era ethics waiver from Norm Eisen’s shop / officer Rachel Molinaro telling him to liquidate — he did not.
• Ian: on the order of 25 alleged felonies. Title word is treason because the Constitution’s test is aid and comfort to an enemy.

How terror-for-funding is supposed to work, in the book

• After 9/11 Bush’s Global War on Terror and the Terrorist Threat Integration Center. Brennan was George Tenet’s chief of staff on 9/11; footprint also on Anwar al-Awlaki and earlier embassy bombings, per Ian.
• After each homeland attack, Congress sends more GWOT money. Analysis Corp is the “indispensable” contractor, so the stock rises.
• That is the motive Ian says sits under later Russia-collusion work: keep an outsider (Trump) from opening the files.

What Analysis Corporation did

• Track suspected terrorists’ global movement: credit cards, hotels, flights.
• Contracts Rick puts on screen: about $42 million for ADP, facility management, and computer services; software with names like Fuzzy Finder, Russian name search, Arabic name search.
• Ian: the same shop was used to scrub data, not only to find terrorists.

9/11 visas and Obama’s Pakistan trip

• Michael Springman, former State Department, Jeddah. Book Visas for Terrorists / Visas for Al Qaeda. Told Cynthia McKinney in 2004 the CIA pressured visa grants.
• Ian + later Mike Benz video (Benz had not read the book when he posted): Brennan as CIA chief of staff in Riyadh / that Saudi jurisdiction.
• Claim: 15 of 19 9/11 hijacker visas came out of that jurisdiction.
• 2007: Jake Tapper looked at Obama’s time in Pakistan between Occidental and Columbia. Ian says Brennan used Analysis Corp to scrub passport data on “Barry Soetoro,” and the story died.
• Two Analysis Corp people Ian says were used on the Obama-related maneuver later died mysteriously.

Three attacks the book says were knowable

1. Underwear bomber, Amsterdam to Detroit — bomb failed.
2. Anders Breivik (NATO-ally attack) — the case that first grabbed Donovan.
3. Boston Marathon / Tsarnaev brothers — intel hidden from FBI, including before they entered the U.S.

Why “treason,” not “high treason”

• English “high treason” is a crime against a monarch. The U.S. does not use that term.
• “High stakes” = money, Boston’s population, national security.
• Treason = aid and comfort to the enemy by hiding intel that could have stopped attacks.

Qui tam lawsuits

• Any reader can file a qui tam (whistleblower fraud) case against Brennan, the CIA, and Analysis Corp using the appendix.
• Ian has not filed yet; he plans to and does not mind if someone files first. Several at once can help.
• Rick said he would put a qui tam firm in the notes. First step he repeats: buy the book.

Russia collusion as the cover layer

• Book is not mainly a Russia-collusion book. Ian calls it the motive and precursor.
• Tulsi Gabbard emails tying Brennan to the collusion file. At a George Mason NCTC symposium an analyst asked Brennan; Brennan called it disinformation / BS. Ian says each public denial resets statutes of limitations. Brennan denied again recently on MSNBC.
• Hamilton 68 dashboard: independent journalist Jared Siegel told Congress a big-tech consortium built fake “Russian bots.” Ian: ~48 pages of description. Brennan calls the opposite side “disinformation.”
• Roger Stone’s foreword, written before the later DOJ request: Brennan orchestrated the collusion. Ian says that was also months before Gabbard’s email dump.
• Patrick Byrne to Alex Jones (as Ian recalls): in 2006 Byrne was brought into the CIA and helped build the collusion architecture. Byrne: Cambridge and Stanford. Ian ties Cambridge to Christopher Steele / MI6.

D.C. drop, Pelosi, and the October 15 date

• About 100 copies went to House offices. Pelosi got one. Ian and Donovan had just left Rep. Harriet Hageman’s office.
• Minutes later a Lindell TV reporter asked Pelosi about J6, Chief Sund, and National Guard denials. Pelosi: “You don’t know what you’re talking about. Get away from me.” Ian says in another clip she tells a reporter to shut up.
• Separate clip: Brennan pokes a reporter (Thomas) in the chest after the symposium.
• After that D.C. trip, Jim Jordan’s office asked Pam Bondi’s DOJ to look at Brennan (~Oct. 20–25, 2025 in Ian’s timeline). Book dropped July 2025.
• Now: U.S. Attorney Jason Quignonés, Southern District of Florida / Fort Pierce. Joseph DeGenova stepped away from that investigation, per Ian. Brennan subpoenaed for Oct. 15 on alleged 2023 congressional perjury about Russia collusion.
• Ian has called Quignonés’s office about five times. No call back.

How to check the receipts

• Fat appendix: SEC filings, ethics waivers, visitor logs, footnotes with URLs.
• If a link is dead: Wayback Machine / Internet Archive.
• Site highstakestreason.com has an evidence / “alleged crimes” section.
• Ian asked SEC and Brennan for comment. No reply.

Close of the interview

• Ian’s ask: read the book; put it in front of your senator, governor, and mayor; treat it as a group case, not a one-man story.
• Personal prayer request: that the Constitution still protects the people and that the file does its job in court. He notes the constitutional penalty if convicted of treason is death, and he still wants the case tried.
• Rick prays protection for Ian and for whistleblower John Donovan, times of refreshing (Acts 3:19–20), favor, and a good night’s sleep.
• Annette and Shuri pray covering, that the book would be light, and that the legal process would run.
• Rick: more episodes later on the documents and on election fraud.
