Introduction and the Rogue CIA / USAID Coup Plan

• Rick B2T opens by saying Christian patriots need the truth about a planned coup after the midterms.
• Former USAID and State Department people (called a rogue CIA extension) lost their funding and jobs. They are now organizing to fight Trump.
• They plan massive street protests and a color revolution if Trump crosses their “red lines.” The goal is to declare the federal government illegitimate so governors can take over.
• They know some people talk about military tribunals and continuity of government, so they are preparing against that.
• The system has many ways to cheat: inflated voter rolls, mail-in ballots, machines, and centralized control by Secretaries of State, Attorneys General, and governors (both parties).

Election System Problems and Voter Rolls

• LA election officials admit they have no independent way to verify voter citizenship. This honor system is designed for fraud.
• With millions of illegal crossings under Biden plus earlier numbers, plus dead people and people who moved, many counties have voter registration rates over 70% of adults (some over 100%).
• Wisconsin told clerks they cannot use federal systems to check citizenship. They took power from counties and centralized it.
• George Soros funded many DAs, Secretaries of State, and governors to keep dirty rolls and resist cleanup.
• DOJ has sent subpoenas to Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner (Soros-backed) for possible obstruction related to a federal judge. This is late but a start.
• Democrats are suing the Trump administration over efforts to clean voter rolls. They claim it violates the Constitution and the Voting Rights Act. Clean rolls plus no machines are both needed.

Fake Polls and the Wedgewood Experiment

• A firm called Wedgewood Polling admitted it fabricated survey numbers as an experiment. It wanted to show how easy it is to get fake polls accepted by the media and public.
• MSNBC and the New York Times cited the fake numbers, and they were used in races such as a Michigan primary and the Wisconsin governor’s race.
• Some candidates dropped out or lost momentum because of the fake polls. Democratic strategists were angry and called for prosecution, but the point was made that polling has almost no real oversight.
• Fake polls help set the narrative so the public accepts whatever results the machines and process produce.

Other Election and Midterm News

• Minnesota Senate race (Michelle vs. Peggy Flanagan / Angie Craig area) is now showing as a real contest in public and some internal polls. National money may move in. Selection machines still exist, so the outcome is not guaranteed.
• MAGA is roughly 25-30% of voters. Low-propensity and independent voters who dislike Democrats’ direction will decide many races.
• A new migrant caravan is leaving southern Mexico hoping for a Democratic midterm win so more illegal immigration continues.
• Federal agents are knocking on doors in several states looking for non-citizen voting.
• Q drop 140 asked whether China, Russia, and others are coordinating with POTUS against the New World Order. Putin has proposed a Trump-Putin summit without Zelensky. Both countries have arrested some corrupt officials.
• Kim Clement had a prophetic word about strange things on Halloween followed by oil of gladness. Rick hopes arrests begin then.
• Rick says if Trump does not use the Insurrection Act, national emergency, or similar tools before or right after the election, there will be massive lawsuits and chaos. The military may still be required later because courts are captured.

Data Republican and the Democracy Files (Leaked Coup Planning)

• Data Republican released leaked video and audio from meetings of the Democracy Renewal Group and related groups. Almost nobody knows the full plan; people just play their assigned roles.
• Danielle Reif (former USAID) and Paul Zeitz co-founded groups that include ex-USAID staff, DSA/Marxist Unity members, and others. They talk about a crisis of legitimacy after the midterms as a window to push for a new “democratic constitution.”
• They want an extra-constitutional process: declare red lines crossed, say the federal government is illegitimate, have governors assume power, and eventually hold a constitutional convention. They say this is not secession; it is taking over.
• Retired Admiral Michael E. Smith and the National Security Leaders for America (about 1,600 retired military, intelligence, and diplomats) are involved in Insurrection Act role-playing and red-line mapping.
• The five red lines they define include: investigating election fraud or overturning certified results, delaying seating of a Congress they consider illegally elected, winning too many elections, challenging activist judges, and using military or federal forces against protesters or election officials. Crossing any of these makes Trump “illegitimate” in their view.
• They have reached out to governors in California, Illinois, and others. Some governors said they would join if someone else led. A memo was written for governors on what functions they would take over.
• They coordinate with foreign contacts and plan real-time “situation rooms” during the midterms and 2028. The United Democracy Alliance is the big-tent blocking group.
• Rick notes this is the color-revolution playbook funded in new ways after USAID was cut. Former military secretaries, generals, and senators appear in the circles. Data Republican is credited with exposing the names and recordings.
