Charlie Kirk Case: Judge Sends Tyler Robinson to Trial

• A Utah judge ruled that Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, must stand trial.
• Robinson pleaded not guilty. Rick says that was expected because the defense will do anything to keep him off death row.
• Deputy Utah County Attorney Ryan McBride gave closing arguments at the preliminary hearing in Provo’s 4th District Court.
• Rick says the evidence looks massively overwhelming to him and he expects a death sentence is likely.
• He argues the “unit party” and media want any story except a left-wing, pro-transgender shooter who hated Kirk and the right.
• He still thinks others may have been involved (similar to Butler), including possible MK Ultra-style influence or useful idiots, but he rejects theories that erase Tyler Robinson.
• He ties some public commentators to what he calls the spirit of Haman and the spirit of Amalek and points people to earlier teachings on FaithNFreedom Social and blessed2teach.com.

Trump DOJ Sues School District Over Secret Gender Transitions

• The Trump administration sued a school district for clandestine student gender transitions done without telling parents.
• Rick says this is the kind of fight the first Trump term never fully reached and that the left-wing agenda got worse after 2020.
• He tells viewers to enjoy the long process because it is a spiritual war that will not end soon.

Trump Trolling: Strait of Trump and Lake America

• Rick plays an AI meme/video of Trump renaming the Strait of Hormuz the “Strait of Trump,” with the Ayatollah protesting and Trump saying the oil is now his.
• Trump posted that the strait is under USA control and asked if it should be renamed Trump Strait. Rick says the point is viral attention and to show Iran cannot really shut the oil flow.
• Apple Maps (and then Google Maps on Rick’s screen) show Lake Ontario labeled Lake America. Trump posted that the name change between Google and Apple is now “ratified and binding.”
• A video shows a truck knocking down a “Welcome to Lake Ontario” sign that now reads Lake America. Trump amplified an older clip.
• Rick says Trump is trolling people into exposing themselves: the louder someone hates Trump, the more they look captured, bribed, or blackmailed.

DC Ballroom, WWII Memorial, and Other Trump Posts

• Trump posted that hundreds of happy construction workers are building “the finest ballroom military complex anywhere in the world” in D.C. He calls it a $400 billion gift that does not use taxpayer money after a long court fight.
• A woman was indicted over World War II memorial vandalism. Rick says the administration is serious about honoring statues and memorials.
• Trump also posted about productive G20 finance ministers talks and called North Carolina (transcript wording) a great, resilient state.

RINOs, Big Pharma, Vaccines, and “Behind Enemy Lines”

• Rick says Trump’s trolling is exposing RINOs such as Thom Tillis (trying to get Pete Hegseth fired), John Thune, and John Cornyn.
• Cheaper U.S. drug prices that used to be 5–10 times higher than other countries are a huge hit to Big Pharma.
• He uses a Schindler’s List / occupied-France picture: Trump is behind enemy lines and sometimes has to say popular things to stay in power.
• Example: vaccines and autism. Rick says telling the full truth is the audience’s job, not always Trump’s, while RFK Jr. has already moved the childhood schedule from 72 down toward 11 shots.

Iran, Gas Lines, and the Strait of Hormuz

• Rick says Trump is winning the pressure campaign on Iran. There are two-hour lines for gas even though Iran sits on huge oil reserves.
• Trump posted he is not trying to force Iran to the table “as ABC fake news reported” and “couldn’t care less” about a worthless agreement.
• With near-total control of Hormuz and a collapsing economy, Trump asks when the Iranian people (especially former regime supporters who used to get paid) will rise up.
• Rick notes mosques closing and the church growing fast in Iran, and he tells viewers to “let the man cook.”

White House Spider-Man Video and Other Clips

• Rick plays a White House TikTok-style video that riffs on Spider-Man / Peter Parker talking about saving the city again and again.
• He treats it as more trolling and morale content, then moves back to news and the Derek preview.

Derek Johnson Preview: Books and How He Thinks

• Derek Johnson (RattleTrap1776 on X) has a photographic memory and reads executive orders, military law, manuals, and regulations as one tapestry.
• Books mentioned: The Midnight Writer / Midnight Writer Rides Again (workbook of laws, EOs, and continuity of operations), Midnight Rider Bible, The Royal Flush of Country Music (music industry as a captured operation), and a kids’ book The Deplorable Pilgrims.
• Kindle editions start around $9.99. Rick says the books make Derek easier to follow than his live quote-storm interviews.
• Derek warns about frauds who claim to be secret military operatives but have never served and often have felony records. The military does not use random civilians that way.
• Rick compares Derek’s conclusion to the Badlands Media “Devolution” series: both rest on executive orders and national emergencies that even predate Trump’s escalator ride.

Derek Johnson and Trump on Data Centers

• Derek and Trump both say data centers are critical or China wins the AI race.
• Derek’s numbers (as Rick reads them): U.S. data centers use about 4.4% of electricity and 17.4 billion gallons of water a year from watersheds; U.S. golf courses use about 500 billion gallons a year. Golf courses use more water in 17 days than all U.S. data centers use in a year.
• The U.S. has far more data centers than China (Derek’s range: thousands vs a few hundred), but critics ignore golf courses, Walmart warehouses, and Amazon buildings.
• Trump posted that communities that reject data centers will end up “backwards and poor,” that they bring jobs and lower taxes, that new centers can build their own power and feed leftover electricity to the grid, and that China loves the anti-data-center movement.
• Rick calls anti-data-center energy, anti-Israel energy, and anti-AI energy related psyops meant to split the MAGA / truther coalition. Newer centers can use much less water if communities demand the right tech.

Gitmo, Tribunals, Storm Summit, and Branson

• Rick believes Gitmo has been expanded. Juan O Savin’s circle (including Matt Meck) has talked about a media room and military tribunals with patriot reporters, not MSNBC or Fox, and airing on FaithNFreedomTV.
• Storm Summit: September 10–13 at the Ahern Hotel in Las Vegas (Rick staying across the street at the Sahara). Expected: Juan O Savin, Sheila Holmes, Jim Caviezel (new movie), Roseanne Barr, Joe Oltman, Bolsonaro-family voices from Brazil, and South Korean family voices. Ticket around $300 including some food and activities.
• Spiritual-battle event: October 2 in Branson at mericrowley.com. Planned voices include Juan, Sheila Holmes, Troy Brewer, Mary Crowley, Donna Rigney, Joseph Z, Billye Brim; Larry Ballard is recovering from surgery.
• Rick says America is the last stand after stolen or captured outcomes in Brazil, South Korea, Canada, Australia, and England. He mentions Juan’s view that midterms may need delay via national emergency if the Save America Act does not pass in time; Derek’s view will be asked Thursday.

Derek Johnson’s 45-47 / Military-Operation Posts (Part 1)

• Derek argues 45-47 is one ongoing strategic operation using irregular and unconventional warfare, presidential executive documents (PEDs), EOs, proclamations, and national emergencies—not a normal left-right fight.
• EO 13848 (signed Sept 12, 2018) on foreign election interference was kept active even under Biden. Derek reads the language as pointing to domestic alteration of vote tabulation (January 6, 2021 certification) because the EO said there was no evidence foreign powers changed the outcome.
• The same seven swing states Trump lost in 2020 he won in 2024; the rest of the red/blue map stayed almost identical. “Swing state” language itself only became common after 2000.
• National Guard showed up around elections in 27-plus states in 2020, 2022, and 2024. Derek says Biden issued no Title 10 or Title 32 orders funding that movement from 2021–2025, so someone else was commanding under the still-active 2018 national emergency.
• Trump’s state-to-state “rallies” and the February 2024 Texas border appearance with Gov. Abbott and the adjutant general are treated as proclamations inside a military operation. The only Title 10 southern-border order Derek cites on the record is Trump’s.

Derek Johnson’s 45-47 Posts (Part 2) and Close of the News Block

• In the first hundred days of 2025 Trump said he signed a record number of EOs (Derek cites a “400” figure). Only about 150 appear on the public Federal Register / White House site; Derek says the rest live in PEDs.
• If 2021–2025 were ordinary civilian time, the pattern of Guard deployments, border moves, and missing Biden Title 10/32 orders would not fit. Derek says denial of the documents is a slap at the armed forces.
• Rick says he will confirm details live with Derek Thursday, will not spend the preview on Derek’s fights with other personalities, and will then move into WordNWorship on the gospel-of-peace shoes from Ephesians 6.
• Recurring close: do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9), test the spirits, stay united, and treat the next years as a long spiritual and practical cleanup of captured agencies, not a 100-day sprint.
