• Townhall: FBI confronted Eric Swalwell at San Francisco Airport and seized electronics in a sexual-misconduct investigation. Rick said they also took his phone and searched his residence. On air: Jon Michael Raasch. A former staffer claimed the married politician raped her twice when she was too intoxicated to consent, 2019 and 2024. Rick: not just Fang Fang. Swalwell lied about Trump 2016–2020. Mainstream will not cover this. Thumbs-up and share.
• CBS: DOJ to send a record 1,000 monitors to midterm polling places. Harmeet Dhillon, AAG Civil Rights, announced it. Rick: CBS panicking. His call: another cycle on the selection machines. Patient. God’s timing. Pray Trump does it God’s way. Expose-and-arrest-now could mean millions killed. Illegals will not want to vote with monitors sitting there. 2020: Republicans and monitors kicked out.
• Trump: Iran failed a deal, so “the most crushing economic operation ever taken against any country.” Economic D-Day. Navy gone, air force destroyed, factories rubble, currency worthless. Anyone giving Iran a lifeline (oil smuggling, swap lines, cash, front companies) faces tremendous consequences. “IRAN WILL NEVER HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON.” Rick: Bessent figured how Iran still moved money off SWIFT through oil. U.S. Navy secretly escorting tankers through Hormuz. Iran thinks they closed it. They have not.
• Q / Joe Lange: Eric Schmidt in North Korea. Trump cut Kim’s puppet strings (canceled/reduced SK joint drills, then posted positive on Kim). Q drop 39: Obama and NK. Q drop 619: HRC, Soros, Obama will not stand in a public courtroom. Rick: captured courts. Treason goes to military tribunals.
• Hollywood as deep-state machinery. Q “Who was adopted?” Larry David / Curb / Alex Vindman fundraising. Vindman lost. They thought the sheep would follow the stars.
• Jessica Bowie, 35, Albany, New York. Converted to Islam. Arrested in a plot to blow up the New York State Capitol.
• XRP up about 30% ($1 to about 1.40,then~1.30). Rick to Vegas Storm Summit with 107. Trump in Dallas Sept. 9–10 for a midterm convention.

Larry: health, books

• Liberty Crusade. larryballard.com. Second book just out (Liberty Crusade: Restoring the Republic). Third in the works. No slides; he did not have the energy. Conversation instead. May or may not do a show next month.
• Worsening breathing. God arranged the answer: four blocked arteries. Tests next week, surgery probably the week after. Likely open-heart. He views it as a positive. Not afraid. God promised nothing takes him out until he finishes. Hopes to be back in a few weeks. Chat praying, including Seniors Healed in Jesus name.

Wealth transfer, dinar, dong, Iran, Iraq

• Not a financial advisor. Wealth transfer is coming, not for everybody. Stimulus is elite playbook. Real wealth goes to God’s people as stewards, not hoarders.
• Dinar and dong queued to reset. More conservative than click-seekers. Needs financial then political stability. Vietnam GDP about 6–6.5%, fastest in Asia; 25,000 dong ≈ $25. New finance minister looking at a reset. Taiwan attack is the risk; Larry does not think it happens now.
• Xi saw U.S. weaponry and China’s debt/jobs collapse. Invited Trump’s executives. Negotiating a financial deal rather than a war. Greatest revival coming. Dictatorships/communism fall; that stability lets currencies reset.
• Iran war ending by siege, not mainly bombs. UAE boycott of Iran’s banking/logistics. No water, food, gasoline, or dependable electricity: surrender or die. IRGC being hunted. Anyone who says Iran is winning is a liar or a fool. Then the Iraqi dinar revalues.
• Iraq: prime minister to the U.S., 48 contracts totaling $60 billion. Central bank cleaned up, going digital. By end of September: 4X compliance (Hong Kong, London, New York) and WTO. Not promising a September reset. Rate is anyone’s guess. All currencies revalue, not only two.
• Elite stall Big Beautiful Bill, Genius Act, Clarity Act. 81% want Save America / honest elections. Stall to steal the midterm. Raises the chance of no midterm. For dinar: a local bank that sells them is the lowest rate. Online charges a premium.

Gold, silver, XRP, Beast system

• Gold stores value. Silver is consumed and now strategic. Trump set a floor. Larry puts more in silver: more liquid, COMEX will not settle in paper, Green New Deal wasted silver. Silver should outperform gold.
• Digital rails beat all of them. XRP: not replacing the dollar; rails for moving money. XRP bank-to-bank. XLM consumer purchases. ISO 2022 coins essential. Meme coins junk. Order: dinar/dong, other undervalued currencies, gold, silver, then ISO 2022.
• Beast system already in China: CBDC, cameras, social credit, programmable spend. Need Genius Act and Clarity Act so the U.S. will not have a programmable CBDC. Then the unbanked trust America, not China. Stand up and get those bills passed.

Collapse, quantum, close

• Controlled collapse to take control from the financial elite and leave fiat. Elite replay ~2027–2028: another virus, lockdown, stimulus. Already over $40 trillion. Cannot survive another one.
• After currencies, metals, and XRP pay, an everything collapse: bonds, real estate, stocks. Maybe 50%. Keep the early reset money. If the dollar drops 50%, he predicts banks write mortgages and car notes off and start over. Credit cards they adjust. Rick: “walk away” is the bank, not you leaving the house. When stimulus comes, do not buy luxuries. XRP, gold, silver. Stewards.
• NESARA “everybody a billionaire” talk sounds impossible. Logical pieces: end the IRS, cap credit-card usury, Fed/cartel go away. 2027 problematic. They try to steal 2028. By 2030, tech people do not understand. Not XRP or AI: quantum financial system. Trump getting 5,915 patents released.
• Reverse migration, grow food, revival. Mega churches fall. Personal relationship with God. Rick: Iran, fastest-growing church, over a million coming to the Lord. Galatians 6:9. Even if November is another machine cycle, they are still okay.
• Corporate high-rises: 100% failure at 7% refinance and 20–30% occupancy. Residential crisis almost as bad as 1929. Follow geology: New Madrid, Cascadia, Fuji, Etna. China: Three Gorges Dam, every floodgate open; about 120 million people and 40% of farmland downstream. Power shifts to Vietnam, South Korea. America has to compete.
• Chat: dinar vs silver vs XRP, what first. Larry: dinar and dong first, silver second (could go 300–500, then $1,000+ on a gold-standard dollar), then XRP/XLM if Clarity passes. Rick: even $50 or $100, same order. XLM was 17 cents yesterday. Struggling with a house payment: hold on if you can; short sale you get nothing.
