Minnesota Healthcare Fraud Indictments

• FBI Director Cash Patel announced that 15 individuals were indicted for over $90 million in a massive healthcare fraud scheme in Minnesota after a sweeping FBI investigation with the Justice Department and partners.
• These are the two largest Medicaid fraud cases ever charged in the District and include first-of-their-kind charges involving seven additional Medicaid programs.
• Defendants defrauded Minnesota public healthcare resources for tens of millions, targeting housing stabilization services, child care, Medicaid programs for individuals, home services, and more.
• In one case, defendants created a scheme worth over $40 million that targeted the Early Intensive Development of Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) autism healthcare program; they paid kickbacks to parents who fraudulently used autism centers to diagnose children with autism whether medically necessary or not, and billed for services never provided.
• This stole resources from families who truly needed them and defrauded taxpayers.
• President Trump gave law enforcement a mandate to investigate and dismantle this kind of public fraud across America, not just Minnesota.
• Rick notes this is exciting because it abuses money from hard-working taxpayers; he believes plausible deniability by higher-ups like Keith Ellison (who was supposed to prosecute but didn’t), Tim Walz, and Ilhan Omar will eventually lead to charges against them too.
• Rick sees it as part of draining the swamp and true justice coming from the Lord and the courts of heaven in a spiritual battle.

Fraud Mastermind Sentencing in Minnesota

• The mastermind behind the Minnesota child nutrition program scheme received a 41-year prison sentence.
• Prosecutors recommended three years; the judge went much higher and landed on 41 years.
• The woman (Amy Bach, age 45) stole $250 million meant for helping children and used it to buy expensive cars (over $100,000), iPhones, and other luxury items shown as evidence.
• Rick calls this another example of cleaning up the mess and draining the swamp.

• Top foreign lobbying dollars: China $444 million, Japan $386 million, others ahead of Israel, which ranks 10th; even UAE, Bahamas, Qatar, and Marshall Islands rank higher.
• AIPAC spending is only one-tenth of Big Pharma’s.
• Rick calls the “it’s all Israel/Jews” narrative a psyop to distract from bigger issues like the City of London and Rothschilds (Luciferians) and Masons/secret societies; it is a spiritual battle involving many non-Jews too.

• Massie lost his primary; only 4% of his funding came from Kentucky, more from California, Texas, and Florida; Rick calls it not grassroots.
• Massie spent 14 years accomplishing little, authored an Epstein bill that was performative theater.
• Trump was always going to release Epstein files; he called the “Trump is involved” claims a hoax, which created massive bipartisan demand and a law that overrode judges and forced release of far more documents (3 million pages, 2,000 videos, 180,000 images).
• Timeline shows DOJ/FBI work (Bondi, Cash Patel) started months before Massie’s discharge petition; firings and document retrieval were already underway.
• Massie went on MSNBC/CNN accusing Trump of protecting pedophiles for camera time; he and MTG/Khanna celebrated/exploited Epstein’s recruiters.
• Key results: Trump arrested Epstein in first term and released files in second term.
• Rick calls the whole thing a psyop and theater that was never needed.
