• Rick B2T reads Trump’s Truth Social post calling out Thomas Massie for lying about an endorsement and calling him the worst Republican congressman in history.
• Massie lost his primary to Trump-backed Ed Gowering, a former Navy SEAL, after record spending.
• Rick B2T says Massie turned against Trump with Trump Derangement Syndrome, called Trump a pedophile protector, attacked the Epstein files bill, and voted with Democrats.
• Massie also showed anti-Semitism and was running for a seventh term while pushing term limits.

Day 1 WordNWorship Teaching: What the Bible Really Says About the Rapture

• Rick B2T teaches that most people have opinions but few have studied every passage; the series will let Scripture speak without denominational bias.
• Day 1 covers three questions: Is the Rapture actually in the Bible? What happens to our bodies at transformation? Why is it called the Blessed Hope?

Part 1: Is the Rapture in the Bible?

• The word “rapture” is not English in the Bible but comes from the Latin “rapturo,” which translated the Greek word “harpazo” (caught up/snatched away) used 13 times in the New Testament.
• Harpazo always describes a sudden, forceful, divine upward removal beyond human control.
• Old Testament preview: Isaiah 57:1-2 – the righteous are taken away from calamity.
• New Testament examples of harpazo: Philip is instantly moved in Acts 8:39-40; Paul is caught up to the third heaven in 2 Corinthians 12:2-4; the male child (Jesus) is caught up in Revelation 12:5.
• John Nelson Darby did not invent it; Jerome used “rapturo” in 382 AD, and early church fathers like Irenaeus and Ephraim the Syrian taught it centuries earlier.
• Oldest type: Enoch walked with God and was taken without dying (Genesis 5; Hebrews 11:5).
• Jesus’ own promise: John 14:1-3 – “I will come again and will take you to myself.”
• Ascension pattern: Acts 1:9-11 – Jesus will return the same way He left.
• Key Rapture verse: 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 – dead in Christ rise first, living are caught up together in the clouds.
• Believers are not appointed to wrath (1 Thessalonians 5:9; 1 Thessalonians 1:10).

Part 2: What Happens to Our Bodies at the Rapture?

• 1 Corinthians 15:51-53 – we shall all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye (Greek “atomos” – too fast to measure).
• Perishable becomes imperishable; dishonor becomes glory; weakness becomes power; natural body becomes spiritual body.
• Our bodies will be like Jesus’ resurrection body: physical, flesh and bones, able to eat, recognizable with scars, able to appear in locked rooms.
• 2 Corinthians 5:1-4 – the earthly tent is swallowed up by life; we groan for our heavenly dwelling.
• Isaiah 26:19 – the dead shall live and sing for joy.

Part 3: Why Is It Called the Blessed Hope?

• Titus 2:13 – “waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.”
• “Blessed” (makarios) means divinely favored and worthy of celebration.
• “Hope” (elpis) means confident expectation based on God’s unbreakable promises, not wishful thinking.
• Hebrews 6:18-19 – the hope is a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul that enters the inner place behind the curtain.
• Revelation 3:10 – Jesus promises to keep the faithful from the hour of trial coming on the whole world.
• 1 Thessalonians 4:18 – Paul wrote the passage to encourage and comfort believers.
• Peter said scoffers in the last days would mock the delay, which itself proves we are in the last days (2 Peter 3:3-4).
• God is patient, not slow, so that all who will repent can be saved (2 Peter 3:8-9).
• The Bible ends with Jesus saying “Surely I am coming soon” and the church replying “Amen. Come, Lord Jesus” (Revelation 22:20).

Worship and Closing

• The teaching is mixed with worship songs including “King of Kings,” “I Believe,” “Raise a Hallelujah,” “Shout to the Lord,” and “Reckless Love.”
• Volunteers read supporting verses live.
• Rick B2T closes with prayer thanking God for clear promises, asking Him to remove fear and fill viewers with the Blessed Hope.
