The Justice Department is now forcing more than half the states to clean their corrupt voter rolls.

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Dylan told Just the News that the sloppiness of elections in blue states is no accident – it is completely intentional.

Lawsuits have been filed against six Democrat-run states – Maryland, Delaware, Rhode Island, New Mexico, Washington, and Vermont – demanding they turn over voter rolls for inspection.

Day 1: There is Only One God

Introduction

Everything this week rests on one huge truth: there is only ONE real God. No rivals, no equals, no plan B. The Bible repeats it over and over because we forget fast and chase fake gods. Today, we let God’s Word hammer that truth into our hearts so the rest of the week stands on solid rock.

Why this matters today

In our world, polytheism (the belief in many gods) is making a huge comeback.

• Mormonism (Latter-day Saints) officially teaches that there are countless gods, that God the Father was once a man who became a god, and that faithful Mormons can one day become gods of their own planets. They have a saying of “As God was, man is, and man may become.”
• Many New Age and spiritual-but-not-religious influencers teach that “we are all gods,” “the universe is god,” or that you can “awaken the god within.”
• Popular witchcraft, Wicca, and modern pagan movements openly worship multiple gods and goddesses. All of these ideas sound empowering or tolerant, but they directly contradict the Bible’s nonstop declaration: there never was, is not now, and never will be any other god beside Him. If we accept even one extra god, the door swings wide open to every kind of spiritual deception. That’s why the Bible repeats this truth so loudly and so often.

Section 1 – Key Scripture & Reading

We’re not starting with opinions or ideas. We’re letting God speak for Himself first. These verses are straight from His mouth, saying, “I’m the only One.” Get ready to hear it loud and clear.

Deuteronomy 6:4–5: Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.

Isaiah 44:6: Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god.

Isaiah 45:5–6: I am the LORD, and there is no other, besides me there is no God; I equip you, though you do not know me, that people may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that there is none besides me; I am the LORD, and there is no other.

Isaiah 43:10–11: “You are my witnesses,” declares the LORD, “and my servant whom I have chosen, that you may know and believe me and understand that I am he. Before me no god was formed, nor shall there be any after me. I, I am the LORD, and besides me there is no savior.”

1 Corinthians 8:4–6: Therefore, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that an idol has no real existence, and that there is no God but one. For although there may be so-called gods in heaven or on earth—as indeed there are many “gods” and many “lords”—yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.

And Jesus himself confirmed this:

John 17:3: And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

Clearly, the above verses declare that God is the only true God. All other gods (little g) are false gods.  And these are not the only verses.  This is demonstrated all over the Bible.

More Key Verses That Declare There Is Only One God

If you want to go even deeper (or arm yourself when someone says “there are many gods” or “we can become gods”), here are 25+ crystal-clear Scriptures you can read, mark, and memorize. God repeats Himself on purpose — He never wants us to be confused on this point.

• Deuteronomy 4:35: To you it was shown, that you might know that the LORD is God; there is no other besides him.

• Deuteronomy 4:39: …know therefore today, and lay it to your heart, that the LORD is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is no other.

• Deuteronomy 32:39: See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god beside me…

• 2 Samuel 7:22: …that all the peoples of the earth may know that the LORD is God; there is no other.

• 1 Kings 8:60: that all the peoples of the earth may know that the LORD is God; there is no other.

• Isaiah 44:8: Is there a God besides me? There is no Rock; I know not any.

• Isaiah 45:18: I am the LORD, and there is no other.

• Isaiah 45:21: …there is no other god besides me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is none besides me.

• Isaiah 46:9: …I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me.

• Joel 2:27: …you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God and there is none else.

• Mark 12:32: And the scribe said to him, “You are right, Teacher… he is one, and there is no other but he.”

• Romans 3:30: For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.

• 1 Corinthians 8:4: Therefore, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that an idol has no real existence, and that there is no God but one.

• Galatians 3:20: Now an intermediary implies more than one, but God is one.

• Ephesians 4:6: one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.

• 1 Timothy 2:5: For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
• James 2:19: You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder!

Write these references on an index card or save them in your phone’s notepad. When someone says “there are many gods” or “you are a god,” just open your Bible and let God answer for Himself — every single time.

Summary

God doesn’t whisper this—He shouts it from every page. Money, popularity, phones—none of them can do what only God can do. When you finally see He’s the only One, every fake god looks tiny and empty. Your heart finally has room to breathe and love the only One who is actually worth it.

Section 2 – Teaching & Explanation

Okay, we just read a bunch of verses that all say the same thing. Now let’s talk about why God repeats Himself so much and what it means for us today. Spoiler: it’s because we’re really good at forgetting and chasing other stuff.

Before we go any further, we have to lock this down: the Bible teaches there is only ONE true God in all existence — the God who is omniscient (all-knowing), omnipotent (all-powerful), and omnipresent (everywhere at once). Most people try to shrink God down to human size, put Him in a box, and imagine Him in limited terms. But He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the Creator of the entire universe — and there is no one like Him.

The entire Bible — Old and New Testament — overwhelmingly declares there is only ONE God. Let’s review, again, a few powerful New Testament examples straight from Jesus and the apostles:

Mark 12:29–30: Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’”

John 17:3: And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.

1 Timothy 2:5: For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

1 Corinthians 8:6:  yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.

James 2:19: You believe that God is one; you do well. Even the demons believe—and shudder!

These verses (and many more) make it impossible to miss: there never was, is not now, and never will be another God beside Him. Any teaching that adds more gods, says we can become gods, or reduces Jesus or the Holy Spirit to something less than God is flat-out contradicting Scripture.

Summary

The same God who spoke galaxies into existence keeps saying, “Look around—nobody else is even close.” That truth kills fear because nothing is stronger than Him. It kills pride because nothing we chase can ever compare. When this sinks in, you can finally rest.

Section 3 – Reflection / Memory / Application

Truth in your head is good, but truth in your heart changes everything. This section is where we take what we just learned and make it part of us. Let’s get practical.

A quick summary to carry with you

We serve a BIG and AMAZING God who is Omniscient (all-knowing), Omnipotent (all-powerful), and Omnipresent (everywhere at once). Most false religions and Christian cults shrink God down, put Him in a tiny box, and reject the biblical Trinity. But the Bible will not let us do that.

From Genesis to Revelation it shouts the same message: there is only ONE God who has ever existed or ever will exist. He is eternal (no beginning, no end), uncreated, the First and the Last, the Alpha and the Omega, the First Cause of all creation. When Jesus was asked the greatest commandment, He didn’t hesitate — He quoted the Shema:

Mark 12:29–30: Jesus answered, “The most important is, ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’”

That same New Testament also shows Jesus claiming to be that one God, standing alongside the Father and the Spirit at creation. Those are huge statements — and that’s exactly why we’re doing this study: to let the Bible be bold and clear so we can be bold with it.

Memorize Deuteronomy 6:4–5 and Isaiah 44:6:

Deuteronomy 6:4–5: Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.

Isaiah 44:6: Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: I am the first and I am the last; besides me there is no god.

Question: What “little gods” are still trying to sit on the throne of your heart?

Journal: List them and cross them out—one God only.

Summary

Day 1 locked in the foundation that will never move: there is only one true God. That single truth destroys every idol we’ve ever chased and kills every fear we’ve ever had. When you really get that no one and nothing else even comes close, your heart finally has room to love the only One who is actually worthy. You can drop every fake god today and walk free. This is the starting line for everything else we’ll learn this week.

Father, I am so grateful to know the only real God. Burn away anything I’ve let act like a god. I choose today to love You with all my heart, soul, and strength. You are the Lord, and there is no other. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
