I want to start here because this is the foundation of everything Dr. Young brings. In 2019, he left a Colorado Avalanche hockey game early, fell asleep on the couch, and woke at 2 a.m. in a serious medical crisis. Then he walked out of the ICU perfectly healed — no explanation, documented on video.

COVID, Medical Training, and What He Saw in 2020
As someone trained in surgical environments and burn units, Scott recognized the 2020 public health guidance as medically incoherent almost immediately. NESARA Explained: The Fed, the IRS, and Fraudulent Debt
Dr. Young’s 2020 book is titled Nasara and the Mark of the Beast, and he spends a significant portion of our conversation walking through what NESARA actually proposes. Let me lay it out the way he did:
- End the Federal Reserve and move to a gold-backed (asset-backed) currency. When the dollar is backed by real assets, purchasing power rises and prices fall dramatically for everyday Americans.
- End the IRS. Replace it with an External Revenue Service (ERS) whose mandate is tariffs and government fraud — not the income of individual citizens.
- Discharge fraudulent institutional debt. Mortgages brokered through the big 13 banks, car loans through GE Capital One and similar entities, and credit cards held by those banks would be wiped in a Chapter 11-style reset. The legal basis: the 14th Amendment already declares much of this debt void because it was created fraudulently — in many cases the bank never actually showed up to co-sign the loan document with the borrower. That’s a legal problem for the bank, not the borrower, once the corrupt system is removed.
Dr. Young is emphatic on one point: NESARA does not mean everyone gets a $5 million check. That claim is bad economics, he said, and no credible source teaches it. He also made a pointed observation: even figures who express skepticism about the full NESARA package — like Juan O. Savin — already believe in ending the Fed, ending the IRS, and stopping election fraud. Those are the core tenets of NESARA. The label may be disputed; the substance, less so.
And to be clear: personal debts between individuals are not affected. If you personally lent a friend $100, that is not erased. NESARA targets fraudulently created bank debt, not private agreements between people.
Gold, Silver, and Currency Revaluation
On the practical side, Dr. Young sees gold and silver as strong holdings — with silver currently offering a better ratio for many people. He mentioned revaluation of currencies like the Iraqi dinar and Vietnamese dong as part of the broader transition.
The mechanism he describes: when the U.S. secures control of oil through the Strait of Hormuz and the petrodollar era ends, the move to a gold-backed U.S. Treasury note accelerates. The Treasury officially set gold at $42.22 in 1944 and has suppressed its real price ever since. A realistic gold price gets established when the reset occurs — and that repricing funds the transition.
Crypto, the Stablecoin Act, and the Real Role of XRP
I get this question from our community a lot, so I was glad Dr. Young addressed it directly. Crypto is not the new global currency standard. The Stablecoin Act accomplished what was needed and effectively killed CBDCs. The role he sees for crypto — XRP and XLM specifically — is as fast, low-cost connectors between banks. Fractions of a cent per transaction matter enormously when you scale that across billions of daily interbank transfers. Crypto handles the rails. It does not replace the gold and asset-backed monetary foundation.
The Quantum Financial System: How It Actually Works
The QFS is a Treasury-run replacement for the Federal Reserve structure — gold and commodity-backed, and created around the same time as Bitcoin. Here’s what makes it different: it uses distributed ledger technology not to expose transactions but to protect them. The system creates digital walls. Government and the new ERS can only access data about illegal financial activity — drug trafficking, fraud, financial crimes. The lawful financial life of ordinary Americans stays completely private.
Dr. Young compared it to what DOGE is doing: targeting corruption at the top while leaving law-abiding citizens alone. That’s the exact opposite of the current IRS model, which monitors everyday Americans while the real financial criminals operate with impunity.

Sealed Indictments and Election Fraud: Where Things Stand
Dr. Young puts the number at 600,000 to 1 million sealed indictments, with about 80% being election and voter fraud cases. He described postal workers who reportedly received new mail trucks every four years as part of their participation in ballot fraud — and noted that many are now flipping and cooperating. On election integrity: Oregon has removed 600,000 dead voters from its rolls. Thirty-five to forty states are in various stages of similar cleanup. Once the Save Act is fully in place and electronic selection machines are removed, the structural advantages that enabled large-scale fraud disappear.
What Revelation 13 Actually Teaches About the Mark
Dr. Young has studied more than 600 Bible verses on end-times topics and roughly 300 on the millennial reign of Christ. His foundational conviction: all Scripture is God-breathed (2 Timothy 3:16), and every verse must be placed in its correct prophetic position. Misplace one verse and confusion cascades through every downstream interpretation.
His reading of Revelation 13: the first beast — the Antichrist — comes out of obscurity and rules for exactly seven years before Michael the Archangel throws him into the lake of fire. The second beast is the false prophet — a religious figure. The image of the beast is an inanimate object that becomes animated through what Dr. Young identifies as a form of artificial intelligence created specifically to direct worship toward the Antichrist.
And here is the part most popular teaching gets wrong: the mark of the beast cannot be received passively, accidentally, or unknowingly. The Greek word for “mark” carries specific meaning — ownership, allegiance, deliberate identification. Receiving it requires conscious worship, physical bowing, and full knowledge of what is being accepted. The worship requirement is not a footnote. It is the theological center of the entire passage. No worship, no mark.
Why NESARA Is Not the Mark of the Beast
This is the question Dr. Young’s book is built around, and he answers it definitively. His argument is structurally simple: you cannot have the mark without the beast. The Antichrist must be revealed, enthroned, and actively ruling before the mark becomes prophetically possible. That sequence has not occurred.
What the cabal attempted during COVID — digital health passports, vaccine mandate infrastructure, financial surveillance systems — was a premature attempt to build the control mechanism before the prophetic conditions were in place. Hearing from God: The Morning Quiet Time Discipline
This was one of my favorite parts of the whole conversation. Dr. Young gets up between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. every morning and sits with God before anything else. No phone. No news. No lights at first — just the warmth of a gas-log fireplace and silence. He keeps a notebook and pen within reach because the thoughts that surface in that quiet regularly turn out to be genuine guidance from God. He told us about one morning when God reminded him to pay a forgotten bill — practical, immediate, personal.
He offered a theological distinction that has stayed with me: faith is forward-looking (what God will do); belief is backward-looking (what God has already done); hope lives in the middle and must be actively protected by faith like a shield.
